I've ordered a total of four sets and have been very satisfied. I am really glad they carry my size (38H) and in more colors than just white, black, and beige. It is so convenient the undergarments are sold as sets, it's easy to get matching underwear. The lace designs are gorgeous and feel quality! The bras have great support and are comfortable. I believe they are a strong contender as one of the best bras brands.

I've been waiting two months for my package. I got no word on shipping information for a month and a half and then it declared itself as shipped but has been sitting at the Jamaica ny airport for three weeks and hasn't moved. No one will help me or get back to me but they send me multiple emails a day on all this new and "wonderful" product I should buy. Ya right. I'll never give them another cent

I bought this to celebrate an anniversary because I needed something that would satisfy my partners need to see more skin without wearing the cheap, stringy pieces (that always end up not fitting my "curves" and rolls right and are never the right size no matter how many "x"s I tell him to order). I needed something sexy but also comfortable and this was certainly it! This plus-size lady is a fan :) next time I'm looking for more, I'll definitely be back to AdoreMe!

I will keep my subscription to Adore Me because I thought the product selection was wide enough for someone like me with a varying style. I thought the site was shopper friendly, but I still do not like the auto draft from the account every month with no text alert. The sizes were great and I loved my sets. The fact that it showed up in a box was so great! The items were safe and sound in there.

After cancelling my first order, I was shocked to learn that you lose your first order deals. As I tried to navigate around this problem I also discovered I could not remove my credit card information from my account nor could I find any way to delete my account. These features should be included without saying in any modern day online-store.

Before ordering anything check what Adore Me says is your size on their sizing guide. Mine ended up being way too big, and I did the sizing guide and instead of a usual 42D I'm a 38C! The exchange system is simple, easy, and free however. I chose my pick out of any set, and was able to get my correct size this time. I only wish I knew this before ordering the first time, though.

But good quality! The bra was nice and there was nothing wrong, it just didn't fit. Exceptional return system.

This swimsuit has just enough give that I feel like I can get into it easily, but also I feel secure wearing it and it smooths out my curves. Plus the fasteners on the back are easy to use. I've had swimsuits where the hook makes it impossible to take off, but the two on the top of this swimsuit are just easy enough to get off myself without me worrying it will come undone while I'm swimming. It's a really cute swimsuit and the material is really nice.

I liked the undies I received until I got a charge on my card a month later for $39. I had forgotten I'd signed up for their stupid subscription service to save $10. Luckily they offer a pretty transparent way to refund your money, the cancelation method is a little hidden but I had no issues getting my money back at the end of the day. I just want to buy some darn underwear, I hate that the weird subscription thing has become the norm for many lingerie companies.

Tip for consumers:
Cancel subscription right away if you sign up for the $10 off.

Mail is taking forever right now. Almost two weeks to recieve the bra. And unfortunately, because it was on such deep discount I won't be able to order a replacement in the cup size I need to. All that aside, it's a really cute bra. Except for my boobs sometimes sliding out of the cups, it looks REALLY good. Getting a push up bra in an 36G is hard enough, so I'm glad to have an 36F at least. I will be keeping it in hopes of slimming into it.

My only problem is that the method of tracking the package and the updates associated with it are a bit inconsistent. That could be due to COVID and other mail issues. So it definitely won't stop me form ordering from them again.

I received a very damaged, empty box after waiting nearly a month for shipping. I have contacted customer service serveral times and can't even get a reply back. They don't seem to care at all. I'm just the idiot that spent $40 on a box. I'm going to have to contact my bank and file a claim for fraud and hope I can get my money back. Their stuff looks cute, but don't order from them. There are tons of other websites with much better customer service.

I have not ordered from This site in over 10 months. They recently changed my card almost 400 dollars and refuse to give me the full amount back. They will only allow me a "refund as a one time courtesy" this site is a scam and doesn't care about the happiness of their customers. They are hard to contact and when you do put in a customer service request it takes over 24 hours for them to get back to you.

I dont have a review on the product as it still has not arrived, I am in Canada and so maybe that is the problem? However, we are 11 days past the "scheduled to arrive" by date. I have made several attempts to contact the makers but I keep getting automated "typical answers to questions" the tracking button does nothing other than come to a blank screen. It is very frustrating!

I ordered three bra and panty sets roughly a month ago and received them in a normal amount of time (a week or two) and was actually very happy with what I received! They were true to size and nothing fit me weird. The material was soft and comfy. And unlike some other reviewers claim when I skipped a showroom I was not charged afterwards. I don't think this company is a scam like so many people are saying.

I used to love this company but every single time I try and order some thing every size is out, I can wear two different sizes both of them always gone. Not entirely sure why they can't keep up with the demand but clearly other people wanna purchase things to unfortunately I am not able to buy anything even if I wanted to. It's such a disappointment.

Tip for consumers:
Depending on what size you are and what product you are trying to buy I would not get your hopes up because they don’t have a lot of inventory for all of their sizes.

I order 5 sets a month ago. My order is still processing. I called customer service this morning asking for a refund m, the lady in the other line said my apologies but we can't offer a refund till
It's mailed out. Makes no sense to me! Either send me my order or refund my money. And no I don't want a 15% off as the company emailed me because I will not be ordering from AdoreMe ever again.

I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.

Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.

I just unsubscribe from adore me today I been there customer over 2 years. I always ordered stuff and never did really pay attention when I will get my items but this year December 1 I placed in my order and today is December 17 I havent recd it and Im going out of town on December 12 I emailed them asking plzzz do overnight shipping at least one of the items but nope they ignored my request I even called them they said Roy was gonna call me back and he never did and prior to this they send me my set with the bra missing! Basically Im very disappointed. Not a good quality
