My husband has bee surprising me with Blue Nile diamonds since 2009! I am always so pleased with the quality of the diamonds as well as the settings. I have 4 rings, a pair of studs, hoops and a beautiful pendant. Blue Nile's customer care and service team is top notch too! I've had my rings appraised for insurance purposes and my appraisals have all come back for a much higher replacement value than we spent. I will forever refer friends and family to Blue Nile!

“25th anniversary absolute FAIL!”

What ever you do don't ever trust Blue Nile with a time sensitive important event! They completely will fail you! I paid for a custom ring for my 25th Anniversary and it arrived a week late and Blue Nile DIDN'T CARE AT ALL! This was not my first purchase from them, but it will be my last! Don't make the same mistake!

I've had my rings appraised for insurance purposes and my appraisals have all come back for a much higher replacement value than we spent.

I purchased a diamond bracelet for my wife for our anniversary. She loves it. The price was great, the quality is amazing and the jewelry arrived on time, in a plain box. Perfect. I had several friends who used Blue Nile and they told me that the jewelry is terrific. I tried the service and found just what I was looking for on the site. I had a couple of questions and used the chat feature to get my answers. It was really easy and fast. Thank you for amazing jewelry at prices that are much better than the mall stores!

Tip for consumers:
They have 10 retail showrooms across the country where you can visit and see, feel and touch the diamonds and jewelry before you buy.

I Must give Blue Nile a 5 star rating. I have worked in the field of customer service and I was so very important how you treated people that you interacted with on all levels. In this day in age it is a rarity. Something has been lost along the way. But Blue Nile Old School and treats everyone with dignity and respect. Highly recommend them and their product is excellent. Love my earrings and receive many compliments. Thank You Blue Nile for job well done.

So disappointed that the item I purchased in April, and now being asked to review, has still not been sent due to further delays!

No solution was offered, or discount to purchase another item, due to delay being "on their suppliers end". I now have to buy another item for my daughter's birthday!

Don't rely on Blue Nile for time sensitive items.

I purchased these pearl ear rings for my girlfriend that was about to graduate Nursing School. She loved them! She wanted for Nursing photos and Graduation. She wears them nonstop. Looked at Tiff., these are incredible and flawless, priced much better and still received with a beautiful presentation box. Thanks again!

I purchased a 1,400 platinum men's wedding band from the Tysons Corner, VA location. Good initial service, a bit rushed to be honest, but good overall. When the product showed up, it didn't fit AT ALL and fly's off my finger. I am unaware of a return or resizing policy, but I have a feeling that because the initial service was so rushed, the sizing process was not effective. In way too much of a hurry to move to the next customer.

While pretty, they were hard to get on and closing was not great. Sadly, I have already lost one within three weeks of wearing them so I cannot recommend these. Also, did not realize how small they were. I bought them for $500 plus. I tried uploading photos but was unable to do so.

Super satisfied with the service! I bought a ring for my wife here to present it to her on our marriage Anniversary. The variety of rings to choose from are very nice. The one I ended up purchasing was of very high quality and got delivered to me super fast. I was delighted to present the ring, and my wife really loved it, which is the most important! I was skeptical to buy jewellery online, but with the current shut-downs decided to give it a try. I have now made 4 purchases with blue nile over the course of the last year and will continue to give them my business in the future. The selection is good, and the customer service is excellent. I was unhappy with my first purchase (beautiful piece, just did not suit me) and the return process was quick, painless and cost me nothing. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Nile, I'm very happy with the quality and the experience.

I purchased these for my wife for Christmas and she absolutely loves them! The diamonds are clear and really sparkle. What I like most is that they have a locking clasp to keep them safe while she exercises. You have to push a little button to take them off! She is super active and they are just the right size for daily use. Highly recommended, you won't regret spending the $$ on them.

This company is amazing and so is my ring. I've been a customer ever since I found these guys about 5 years ago. Their jewelry is excellent and a very good value. My wife loves everything I've ever ordered from them and I've spent thousands with them. Customer service is impeccable and I'm just now returning the first thing I've ever bought from them to get larger diamonds. I love these guys!

I purchased a 3 prong emerald ring. 2 months later and very little wear, the center stone fell out. Customer service was not very amenable to sending a return postage label, due to this was beyond 30 days. I sent it USPS and now it is lost! I have purchased jewelry in the past but, never had a problem.
Now that I have, I would not be comfortable with the customer service.

The ring she loved it. I planned a whole horse and carriage ride in Central Park with her family and mine with a photographer there. It was a nervous moment but well worth it for the the woman and mother to our beautiful son who deserves the world.

When we ordered a ring, the order AND subsequent email CONFIRMED a delivery date. The email said someone had to be present for the delivery; we made arrangements for that. THEN we get an email saying the ring won't be delivered on the confirmed date, but days later, when no one can be available for the delivery. Our credit card was charged the day after the order, which was 2 weeks ago (most companies don't charge the card until the order is shipped). So we are out the money (for the time being) and most likely the order will be returned to Blue Nile as no one can be here for the delivery. Not a company we recommend doing business with... unless you are ok with FIRM/NOT FIRM delivery dates AND having your credit card charged weeks before shipping.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT trust the FIRM shipping date!!!

Not sure ... since we won't be here to receive item, we expect it will be returned to the shipper.

I waited way over the recommended time for the package. I made numerous calls to Blue Nile agents to trace the package, to no avail. The package disappeared off grid, then suddenly reappeared. Clearly Blue Nile lost control of the process and the experience was stressful and upsetting as the package arrived after Valentines Day.

Blue Diamond had the perfect engagement ring setting and it was so easy to get the exact diamond that she wanted. The cut, the size, the clarity and the color were all there and combined with the great price it was the best purchase I made all year!

They checked it "inside and out, top to bottom". Recommendations and cost were explained to me in great detail. Workmanship was impeccable! I can't say enough great things about BN! Client for life!
