I had a few minor issues getting my package but it wasn't due to anything Fashion Nova did. It was the shipping company. However, the customer service here is FANTASTIC! I can't rave enough about the prompt reply to my emails, the professionalism, kindness, and willingness to offer to compensate for someone else's mistakes. On to the clothing. As I said they have very trendy clothes and a great looking website and app. Very professional. My only complaint, if you will, is the sizing. Their L which should be a size 10/12 max, is very small in most items, around an 8 in my opinion. I suppose it depends on your body type. I'm pretty tall and hippy so I will have to exchange or return my items for the "curvy" sized clothing. The quality over all is pretty nice especially considering the prices! They are a Chinese company so I should've expected smaller sizes I suppose. I hope that didn't come out sideways? In any case, as long as you keep in mind that is you're tall or bigger in the hips or top areas you'll either have to size up or go into the curvy department, I'm confident you'll be happy with this store!

WORST EVER. I ordered a package from them since the 6th of October, it said it would've only took 4 days this is going two weeks and still nothing. I decided to send an email to help center they're saying it was delivered to the carrier facility. I contacted the carrier facility, they're saying they haven't received anything from fashion nova. It's crazy and foolishness. This was my first time ordering and I will not be ordering anything anymore. Really bad experience.

They blow your phone up every time you visit the site. They want you to use the code but then the system removes the code and you are charged full price. They do not cancel orders and they do not make any modifications to your order even if it's seconds after your receive confirmation emails. You have to pay for returned. This happened to me multiple times. Lame and I will not shop here anymore. Spend your coins elsewhere ladies. There a more plenty of other options on Instagram I can give links if you need.
How can you people be so insensitive? I order items with $328 since the 3rd of December, I used my husband's address in the United States so he could bring them to me when he's coming to Nigeria on the 30th of this morning. Today is 28 of Dec, and I didn't get any information on the tracking. He leaves the states tomorrow which means I won't be able to get my order till maybe April because I have no idea when he'll come visit next. I am not happy, this was supposed to be my birthday shoot outfit.

I have no idea why Y'all switched to lasership as a carrier but yall need to go have a look at their reviews! They keep stealing people's packages. I want my package found asap I swear I will contact the better business bureaus. Either replace my items and send them express or I'm coming for fashionnova and lasership! I ordered a lot of fashion Nova over the years because I found dupes for things that were out of my budget. I was okay with it but after some months it got tossed in the trash for being bad quality and not holding up after a couple washes. I haven't ordered there and never will again. Not to mention the shipping experience is so stupid now. You need to pay duty on your parcels and you can do it at the checkout but just sucks.
I contacted them because I did not receive an order that says it was delivered. I followed their steps and all I receive is an automated email response basically stating that it is in the carrier's hands as to where my package is. They can't help me so I can't get a refund or replacement but they send me a coupon code to use for my next purchase. What? No thank you. Will not be ordering from them ever again. Plus the quality of their clothes is nothing great.
Fashion Nova are scammers. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Their live chat is only with a robot, their phone number is somehow always unavailable and they sometimes don't even respond to emails. You cannot talk to a real person of their customer service. They charged me $37 extra and they don't want to refund me. Plus the quality is $#*!ty. I'm telling you, avoid at all costs.

Never ordering a single piece from them again. I tried them and have bought five items so far. N I cannot change any to get a bigger size and the return u get very little money back. They will fail due to how they treat their customers. It's completely unfair. One thing about their clothing they run small. I am a medium but their medium is tight on me now am just stuck.
Fashionova sent me a WORN, WASHED, WRINKLE, WITH HAIR AND NO TAG ON IT. Fashionova sent an email claiming the dress was restocked but it appears the size Large dress I ordered was the only one available. Just got the dress delivered today and immediately noticed. Fashionova need to be shut down as a company. Customers pay for service, not to be cheated.

Their shipping process is the worst. This is the second time this has happened with me. Shame on me right.! I've paid for expediting shipping ($9.99) and my items never came twice. The first Time it took them about eight months to give me a full refund. Like I would really like to know what is going on with them in their warehouse. They have given me the runaround told me that it was FedEx or UPS's fault that I haven't received my item when clearly the shipping label has been made and it is still sitting in their warehouse in California somewhere.

I wish I could rate them 0 stars. I spent $150. Returned most of it because it was either damaged with black ink or too small. They charged me $8 shipping to return. I paid. Almost 2 months later they're telling me I never returned anything and they can't track it, but I followed their online return procedure AND paid for return shipping. I am not happy with them. They are very hard to get in contact with AND only seem to respond to emails with pre-scripted responses.
I ordered a Halloween outfit on fashion nova and it was suppose to arrive a couple weeks early and ended up not showing up at my house because "we are experiencing short staff we are sorry about the inconvenience and will redound you a e-gift card with the balance" and the e-gift card didn't work and now I don't have a costume for Halloween because the earliest it arrives is a day after Halloween. I am so pissed

This site used to be great until they over priced their items. The dresses are very stunning and their are lots of options. Everything seemed going perfectly until i saw the prices. The prices are so expensive for only little amounts of detail and material. For only a satin mini throw on dress you would have to pay 33 dollars and that was with the 30% off code! Its way to expensive for nothing. They need to lower their prices or i will stop shopping
Literally the most dishonest company. They sent me the wrong item then refused to let me send it back. They gave me a store credit for less than what I paid and really think I'm going to shop with them again.
This is not my first negative experience. In the past, they've send ripping clothing with zippers broken.
The only reason why they are still around is because of how heavily they market. If a company needs to advertise on every instagram account possible, you know their products are trash.
They have no phone line to call. Its all email and seems to be automated responses. I ordered something on 11/4/2021 and it was 2nd day Fedex. Delivery was supposed to be made on 11/8/2021. It is now 11/17/2021 and I havent gotten a refund or a new package sent out. Fedex says the shipper (fashion nova) needs to contact them to file a lost package claim but their automated email service doesnt understand this. 0 stars if I could.
I love fashion nova. I make purchases from them all the time! But I'm very disappointed with how they handle lost or stolen packages. If the carrier provides proof that I package was delivered their solution would be to contact the police. You will not get a refund nor store credit. How is it the customers fault if someone steals your package? Especially if the carrier leaves your items on the ground for anyone to steal rather then at your door or in your mailbox? I'm very disappointed with fashion nova. They just lost a customer.

Fashion Nova has a no refund or replacement policy on their shipments when they chose the carrier (LaserShip) to ship it. They said they will help resolve the issue but that has not happened, they won't even respond to the email (only way to contact customer service). Why do they continue to use a carrier that has such bad reviews. It seems that they don't care about there customers satisfaction, only the money. No one has money to lose at a time like now. Beware of the fine print. Most often times, we forget to read it.
I kept getting repeated email after email about Cyber Monday "90% off of EVERYTHING" " no promo code needed" and so on so I ordered my usual classic jeans. Quickly disappointed to see they were the EXACT same price the last 2 times I ordered them go figure. Anyway I paid extra for 2 day shipping only to receive a follow up generated email they also sent my sister who paid for 2 days shipping the same day I did! They knew they couldn't ship it in two days but still charged me the extra cost? What business does that to their customers, and this isn't the first time. Fashion nova was not responsible for my last package. Neither was I. However, as a valued customer I thought they would help me find where it is or give me my money back, as they promised. Fashion nova promised to start a full investigation to find my package lipstick in delivery. When the time came they chose to send a letter about how they're not responsible.

They have no customer service number that u could call an report your issues to. They try to dab any type of complaints. And they play with your money. I purchase some clothes cause im going on vacation and they said it'll be delivered on the 17 then it said the 22 nd. Im trying to get in contact with them to see if i could pay to get it sooner but i get no response with their stupid ass online customer service. My opinion i will never buy from them again is the worst online store in America.
I purchased merchandise back in november with the ETA of 11-20. Later on my date changed several times after the original date. I never received the merchandise. On 12-11-21 I received a bogus email stating my package had been delivered. My family was outside at the eta they gave for leaving the package at my door. I never received a response from fashion nova. But they later told my bank the package was delivered so my dispute was denied. Do I just lose my money? This is definitely bad business.

I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.
Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
