My sugar apple tree came within a week and right after an event of California experienced a heat wave of 100 degree! When I opened the package one third of my leaves shedding! So worried, but my small tree is striving now after a week with new leaves coming out and looks healthier! Thanks for the excellent packaging service snd healthy tree selected, i am so happy to have my tree I like! I will order more in the future and highly recommended for Fast growing tree service
Shrubs are TINY. Broken branches. Missing Lemongrass. Very disappointed for the $431 price tag for these items. Last year locally purchased Pieris Fire Mountain for $25 that was twice the size of what arrived today. Same with Boxwoods...$50 installed that were 3 times the size. Bought from you because of the reviews on your site. Feeling like I made a BIG MISTAKE thinking yours would be better than local and waiting 3 weeks for them.

Always a pleasure. Great customer service if you have any problems.
Super easy warranty 30 day warranty claim. Only 5 of 30 trees didn't take, but they were replaced hassle free!
I ordered 8 crepe myrtle trees 2-3 foot height and within a week they all show signs of growth. We are very pleased. Initial shipment missed 3 of the 8 root rocket fertilizer and customer service promptly shipped them out. One of the best remote plant shopping experiences I've had and I will continue to return to this vendor for our landscaping needs. Happy to recommend this online shop to anyone that asks.
Great selection and photos, which helped making my purchasing that much simpler. I've not purchased plants online before and this site gave me peace of mind re: what to expect, as did a number of the glowing reviews. Fortunately, I'm very familiar with various plant varieties. The layout and descriptions made the process very easy. I'll definitely be returning for more when certain items are back in stock.
I'm ready to plant some fruit trees. After searching online retailers, and reading independent reviews, I decided on Fast Growing trees. The free shipping offer and welcome promo were definitely a plus.
I also appreciate the US hardiness zones map and the care tips for each plant. Information such as which plants are suitable for container gardening is immensely helpful.
The website is well laid out, making searching and ordering very easy.
Received the three wisteria vines I ordered, and was more than impressed with the care that was taken in preparing and boxing up the vines for shipping. I was absolutely astounded when I saw there were actually flower buds on the vines, which means these are very mature vines, indeed. I've had to hold them in a sheltered place before planting because of our late last frost/freeze date, but they're looking very healthy and happy.
Found it through an online search and while I wasn't thrilled about the prices, thought if the reviews and plant descriptions were anything close to the truth, the cost would be worth it. Glad to say both the reviews and descriptions were!
We were looking for wisteria that were native to the US, safe to lower Zone 5, and not so young it would take 5 or more years to bloom (we're too old to wait!). We have a very sturdy arbor that I wanted to cover with flowering vines (a la the Biltmore).
Clementine was beautiful and blossoming. Key lime was nice and healthy. Received Meyer lemon bush instead of tree as ordered. Functionally same plant but had to prune and stake myself. Some bug damage to leaves. Bay leaf was roughly a third dead and not producing new growth but the plant started slowly recovering after pruning away that section. Overall, pretty good.
Love everything I have received from you guys! All that i ordered in the Spring are growing and thriving! Fruit trees are new to me so your clear planting directions and care-guide were super helpful. I'm ordering the blueberry bush for my son and wife's anniversary, 2 years! Wont arrive on the day but I'm sending them a screen shot of what to expect. Thank you for brightening their day and beautifying my yard!
Past experience after Google search. Your yard planning guide (although I havent yet taken advantage of it) was what really sold me!
When my raspberry bushes arrived, three of the four immediately started going downhill having not weathered their trip well (it had been extremely hot). Customer service responded quickly with some initial steps to see if they could be saved. After a couple weeks when it was clear they weren't going to come back, customer service processed the replacement order and I had new bushes within a couple of days. All four raspberry bushes are now growing and thriving.
Love this tree. Standard (non- chocolate) grows well here in western/coastal michigan. Have also planted chocolate version in a somewhat protected area. Growing slowly so far, but bought a small one. Figure it will take off this coming year. We are in zone 6. Also grown in columbus ohio which is also zone 6.
Aside, reading "The Splendid and the Vile" about Churchill/WWII. When London/natural history museum was bombed/fires put out with water, 147 -year-old seeds germinated and started to grow.
Found on google search.
The first two fig plants arrived quite desiccated, lost all the leaves in a couple of days, and have been slow to come around... but, they are not dead and I expect them to eventually improve. I notified the company and they kept in touch and a couple weeks later sent two new trees that arrived nicely hydrated and will certainly do well.
So, though my initial experience was somewhat concerning, the company did make good on their products thanks to Ryan. I would use them again.
Quick and easy to find plants you love immediately. Bought$160.00 because previous reviews were all 4 and 5 stars. Be sure what Zone you live in & know that plants need some TLC when coming from a Nursery.
I will sit my plant in the container arrived in & just place near by where permanent spot. 5-7 days to not shock from their original home. I feed them exact what instruc provide. Then plant. Cut bottom cris cross for roots to dig in quicker.
Because of the reviews and ease of interfacing with phone app.
I have ordered two plants through Fast Growing Trees and both experiences have been fantastic. My friends are delighted with how well their plants are doing—they really do grow quite quickly. The plants were in excellent condition when they arrived, and, as the gift giver, I really appreciate the clear communications I received about delivery times, etc. I'm so impressed that I plan on getting a plant present for myself in the near future.
I bought two trees. It was well packed and super fast shipping.
I changed the pots. Roots are strong. Just two thing is there was few spider mites on the Mayer lemon leaves(it's not too big deal bc I ordered organic. But customers better to check carefully when it received). And it isn't well balanced shape of tree so requires some cosmetic effort.
Overall, I am very satisfied. I can't wait this Spring to see new leaves!
Our tree came in a box with the roots secure in a 1 gallon pot. When I unboxed it and took it out to the back yard I noticed there were thorough instructions included that gave info on the size of the hole etc. After planting it and watering it, we didn't any changes for about 2+ weeks but just yesterday it started sprouting its first little leave which was a great sign (I think). Would for sure buy from Fast Growing Trees again.
Good reviews, thorough explanation of the product
Needed a hearty shade tree
First buy just came in. I am so ready to start watching and tending them. Decided to go on and purchase what I've needed and wanted for so long: English Ivy. If these do well for me, prepare for a large order because I live on 133 acres, and the area around my home has several huge oak trees (planted by ancestor in 1887) which need ground cover. I hope these first two experiences work out well.
The seller did an amazing job of packaging the trees for shipping, and they arrived in great shape. I immediately unpacked them and due to high winds and torrential rains had to keep them in the brightest possible window for their first three days here before moving them outside. One is doing ok and should make it. The other looks like it's about to drop all its leaves, as if the experience was just too hard on it.
Purchased 2 trees, both in the 3-4' size; I also purchased the insurance. They arrived within a week and nicely packaged, but the Meyer lemon had snapped about 9" from the top. I took photos of the damage as air unpacked it and sent them along. Customer service sent along a replacement tree, which I received less than a week later.
I live in CT and all the trees are outside on my sunny back deck and showing new growth. I am hoping they will be happy inside for 5 months of the year.

Good online reviews
Height. Produce.
When I got the tree I was shocked. It was literally a stick with a big root ball. But I planted it and sent customer service an email expressing my concerns. I've NEVER HEARD BACK. That annoys me somewhat. So far I still have a stick but I can see little TEENY green branches starting (I can't even call it a nub lol). Then here in Ohio we got a late snow and below freezing temps 3 nights in a row. So I'll reserve judgement until it gets warm again.
They have not replied. Not very happy about that.
It was the only place I could find what I thought was a 2 yr old mimosa tree.
I love mimosa trees and their fragrance
LOVE IT! This was my first time ordering plants online. Shopping was very user friendly. Fast-growing-trees.com guides you to buy plants that do well in your growing zone. Lots of tips on planting, pollination pairing and very detailed descriptions of fruit and flowers help you make decisions on what is beneficial for you. Hopefully the delivery will be as (or more) satisfying as the online experience. We will be returning customers.
The ease of use of your website, the 1 year warranty, and the details regarding growing zones and pollination pairing helped guide us to pair trees and shrubs that will work with everything that we already have planted.
Purchased 1 gal Top Hat on 1/21/21. First time buying a plant from this site. Very well packaged. Shipped very fast. Loved that they left the bush as is so I can prune the stems the way I wanted. Healthy plant that is already sprouting leaves and budding flowers as of 2/11/21. Very happy with my purchase and will be a returning customer.
I've purchased from online nurseries before, and the experience was less than ideal with trees taking forever to get here in the heat, delivered separately because UPS accidently split up the shipping, etc. These trees shipped fast and got here in great condition, which was a welcome surprise. I had to call customer service about a coupon code and was happy reach someone who helped me right away. She also explained the warranty in detail. I'm really happy with this experience.

They had the tree I was looking for.
I could not find the specific variety of dogwood I wanted at any nurseries near me so I decided to take my first chance on ordering by mail. I am thrilled with the experience. The tree arrived with a perfectly straight trunk and without even one tiny branch bent or broken. It looks so healthy. I haven't gotten it into the ground yet due to weather conditions and the tree has patiently waited!
I could not find the plant locally.
Very few growers had the tree I wanted, mainly the Ponderosa Lemon, When reviewing their other products found some that were also desired. Ordering was easy, customer support was polite and knowledgeable with answers to my questions and information on planned shipment was accurate. When received, the plants looked in good condition and are doing well. Met what I was hoping and looking for. Will be purchasing other trees within the next few months.
The contact was mainly for questions on shipping and availability of the particular tree(s) I was interested in. She was knowledgeable and courteous.
Searched a few review sites and found FastGrowingTrees to be one of the top rated nurseries consistently.
I had a Ponderosa tree many years ago and absolutely love lemons and these you get so much more than the standard lemon.
Searching for what I wanted was easy. Selecting what I wanted was easy and checkout was smooth. Hopefully receiving the order will be just as good of an experience as well as the quality.
Searched a few review sites and found FastGrowingTrees to be one of the top rated nurseries consistently.
Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Your policy on sending out an unhealthy tree is... tough... that's your problem
Good luck! They wouldn't even replace the half dead plants they sent me. Policy wise I believe they claim they replace plants if you report issues within 5 days but they really try hard not to.
Anand, our purchased warranty is 100% hassle free. If your product dies within the first year, simply contact us and let us know and we will promptly re-ship you another plant. There is no need to return the dead item.
I suspect shipping is the main culprit. The company NEEDS to have a better relationship with the shipper or disappointing outcomes will continue.
I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
