My order was delayed in shipping. In addition to meeting me know by email what was going on, they credited my account for a meal. When it arrived late enough to be warm and unfit to eat, I contacted customer service. Josh was prompt and friendly, refunding my meals, and an additional credit. The only thing that would make it better is getting replacement meals sent.

I had expected 10 meals in my first delivery! As I stocked my fridge and checked the manifest, I realized I was missing 2 meals. I hopped on the freshly app and did a live chat with Alex F. Who was very polite and offered to credit my account for the 2 missing meals. He even explained that my box could have been packed too quickly and the 2 meals just didn't make it in. I appreciated the explanation since things do happen sometimes. I'm looking forward to enjoying these meals!

I have been purchasing Freshly meals for the past year and a half. The sizes are perfect for me and I generally pack some away for lunch the next day. I have tried 3/4 of the meals and have never been let down. There are a lot of choices.
They are always delivered on time and packed beautifully in the boxes. They come fresh and ready to microwave. Very simple preparation.
I would highly recommend Freshly as it is easy, convenient, healthy, tasty and priced just right. ENJOY!

I just want to say THANK YOU for providing so many gluten free recipes that are absolutely delicious. I'm allergic to gluten and most meal delivery kits have really gross GF meals. I'm so incredibly grateful for this company! My husband and I will be using them for a long time!

After being hacked last month and changing dozens of passwords, I finally have my Freshly Account newly restored. I have been a Freshly customer for about 5 months. My husband and I love most dinners and as aging seniors who need to watch their diets and depend on easy dinners, Freshly really filled the need for us. I love the meals and portions. This is keeping me honest by eating a lot healthier in general. Also I had a terrible habit of eating out almost daily, I spend less money enjoy the food just as much if not more than what I would buy going out and I end up spending less in general. I'm super busy with work and activities and this gives me the freedom to balance that without worrying about cooking and cleaning multiple times a day. I dig it thanks Freshly

I travel a lot so I could not consume the meals on the established schedule. I contact Reg via chat and he explained that I can skip a week here and there but due to my fluid schedule we could not adjust deliveries in such a way. We decided to cancel the subscription for when I am travelling and reactivate when I am back home throughout the year.

My husband and I had been enjoying Freshly for quite sometime now and we really love it. The meals are all delicious, very good proportioned and it really helps us save time from our busy schedule. My husband actually lost weight for just sticking to Freshly everyday for dinner when we usually cooked/ordered something that was either unhealthy or we ended ate too much! The only thing I would request is maybe to have more food options and add fish back to it. :)

When you're getting fresh food delivered to you every week, having good customer service is key. Freshly excels in that area. Whenever I've had even the slightest problem, CS has been proactive and responsive. I love that. The food is good and helps me eliminate thinking about what to do for lunch when working from home which is nice too. Can't say enough good things about Freshly!

As a commuter living in the suburbs of Los Angeles, I rarely have time -- or the energy -- to cook a good dinner at night after fighting traffic. Freshly came in clutch, as I knew I had a meal waiting for me when I got home. And not only that, but they're delicious and ready to eat within three minutes. The ever-changing menu keeps fresh options available, but I have my selected few meals that I enjoy and include in every order.

Marge was very patient and helpful. I needed to make changes and Marge went out of her way to make sure the meals I requested were available for this particular week. I am very pleased with Freshly's customer service, excellent. I do need to say that I am still waiting on a credit for a meal I was not happy with, it was sent to a specialist but I have heard nothing since. Due to weather in my area, our order was delayed, and the food will not be safe to eat by the time it gets here. When I reached out to Freshly, Lee J from customer service, not only refunded our fee for the week but also gave us a small credit for our next order for the inconvenience. Super impressed! Have been using Freshly off and on for about a year or so. I don't really cook, so this service is perfect for me. I tried meal kits before this, but what is the benefit? You still have to spend the time cooking and all the individually packed stuff isn't good for mother nature. Freshly is fair with their pricing and they make good if the can't deliver your meals in time. Their food is enjoyable for the most part and portions are decent too.

I'm loving Freshly. I originally tried some of the cook-yourself meal delivery services. The problem is, living alone, I had no desire to spend the effort cooking and eating left overs for days. With Freshly, I get something different every day. Something, healthy, tasty, and since it's pop it into the microwave its very quick and super easy! Just what a busy working professional needs.

As happens once in a great while, my meals didn't arrive as scheduled, but were instead delivered to another address. I contacted Louis R at Freshly this afternoon and informed him of the missed delivery, and he immediately credited my account for this week's shipment. I had a missing item in last week's shipping, not a big deal but wanted to know if I could get credit (or at least inform you all of the error). Christopher was very helpful and secured a credit immediately and also answered a question about when my favorite meal would be available again (Pork Cubano Bowl). Pretty good experience. Liked all the food, except the Steak Peppercorn--too grisly. Wish they had the chicken bowl they showed on commercial, with several sides(like black beans and corn, etc...) I am unable to financially afford Freshly at this time. But, would be interested possibly doing so in the future. By the way, Csy, the agent who helped me to cancel my subscription was quite quick and cordial.

I love your meals and find that I feel better when eating them. My skin has even improved. I would love to see more shrimp/fish options, although I know these can be more expensive to source. I'm also a Freshly Plus member, and I love that option. For me, paying a one-time fee, then lower costs week-to-week is ideal, and really makes the price/meal worth it. You guys did not disappoint. I heard that Freshly is a good service overall, but oh my god I can't believe how much time I'm saving throughout the day for meal preparation. On top of that, the quality of the meals is very good, and I love the fact that they go bad pretty soon because this tells me they are indeed made with pure, not processed ingredients. I'm single & I work late. Cooking dinner when I don't leave work til 6:30-7:00p has become a hassle & I usually end up stopping for fast food. I wanted a healthier alternative. Freshly to the rescue! It's perfectly tasty & nutritious! I'm saving money & calories by not eating out every night. It's a mental relief not to be worried about "what's for dinner". As someone with a busy schedule and lack of time to cook proper meals every night, I find myself relying on meals like pasta on a daily basis because they're cheap and easy. Enter Freshly. Now I have balanced meals that are exciting and new and delicious. It works with my busy lifestyle and helps ensure I'm getting more of the nutrients and protein I need. I was sent an auto-email indicating that I had until 3pm to skip or cancel my next order but found out it is actually 2pm after chatting with a rep. Showed them the email and they were able to refund me. However, it still resulted in a stressful situation. My first order from them was also incorrect but was given credit. Hit or miss as some meals do not seem very fresh (must eat within 1 day of receiving whereas the same meal a different week would have an expiration date many days later).

We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!

However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! These changes would just need to be made prior to your weekly deadline, which is outlined in your Welcome Email, Reminder Emails, and in your Meal Planner. I hope this helps!
Hi Nancy! We do not cook meals based on other programs' guidelines at this time. We're not overly concerned with calorie counts, but more concerned with where calories come from. Our meals are generally high protein, high healthy fat, low carb, low sugar. We use unprocessed ingredients free from hormones or added sugars, and never use chemical preservatives. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions at this time!

I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.

You could check the UPS website for alternate drop-off sites. Some stores will accept packages from UPS, and you just go in and show your ID, sign for it, and pick it up at no charge. If you have Walgreens stores in your area, or even a UPS store nearby, that might be a safe way to receive your deliveries.
Lisa, It definitely depends on your body composition as well as what you might be eating and drinking outside of our meals. :) We've had customer experience significant weight loss, while others kind of just maintain. If you have a decent amount of weight to lose, and you stick to the high protein, high healthy fat, low carb, low sugar nutritional plan that our meals follow, you could easily lose 10-25 pounds in about 3-4 weeks. Again, it all depends! :)
