Snacks are good but not much variety. Constantly getting one of the same or very similar. Have you tried investing in cryptocurrency, stocks and forex... i implore you to check out BTCPROFITUK. COM for lucrative investment deals. They've got amazing weekly ROI and they are very prompt.
Along with just about everyone - I really really really hate these companies that get your bank details so they can stick their hands in whenever they like - and they market themselves as giving you the option to try them - BEFORE you make any commitment. I speak for everyone I have ever met and discussed this principle - or lack of - with. Giving one's bank details - ie access to personal funds - generally hard earned and honestly earned in decent humans' books - in return for a bunch of snacks is not a 'free trial or a free box or a free anything'; it is precisely the antithesis of 'free'. Your wording should say ' give us access to your bank - unlimited - and we will chuck some nuts your way - IF you're lucky'... (According to some reviews if it does land, it's an erratic and random and not even particularly nice experience if you do get them... for many they don't even deliver yet they remove funds...) I even read one that said Graze had managed to procure funds from an account from a person who had never even signed up. Does that not say it ALL. With cherries on the top? This lot need to come with a massive warning, closed down maybe... The best review I read said nothing of what the stuff actually tastes like; if you read the reviews they generally focus on the haphazard and useless service, no phone lines, erratic funds withdrawn, alarming scammers basically. If you're going to offer a free box - then give the customer what you say you are giving - on the advertising. Give them a free box to taste - and then - and only then ask them if they wish to set up a free for all access to their bank accounts. I can't be bothered to go to Trading Standards yet - but will do soon I think. This lot have to be a US company, stooping this low to trick and deceive... What is should say loud and clear is -'greedy multinational corp in the making yet we act like one already - we're gonna stick our big greedy hands into your account and you'll be begging and screaming and dying of frustration trying to cancel your sub - (oh sorry did we forget to mention TOO that we're a subscription service you can never get away from and we don't do phone or customer service) - in return for a box of quasi-healthy stuff you'd probably never go near if we hadn't lured you in by this total scam'. That's a bit wordy - maybe they should just shut down but before they do that - spend a lot of time reimbursing people: not just the people who they did rip off - but all the people who spend their precious time reading the 'free box' nonsense - and who then spend more time going on to their website to claim their 'free' box. Yes - even those of us who thankfully were spared the sleepless nights of this lot having access to your account - even we are concerned that companies who lure in customers via subscription services - are in existence! It's called having a basic moral compass and no dollar signs in your eyes. And the marketing. The number of trees this company must have chopped down. Years now - it's been - that those annoying coupons fall out... Of every magazine and envelope - out they fall...
Great website, have enjoyed them myself and when my granddaughter visits she always goes to my snack box to see what's new in. My daughter recommended me and I have been very pleased with everything and the fact that you can take a break is a good idea.

I signed up initially with the free code on the inside of one of the packets I bought. Have paid for two boxes since. Nothing ever arrived. Absolute joke.
I love receiving my box of treats every 2 weeks. They always have great variety. The fact you can review each box is also so good so you never have to receive a product you don't like again and again!

tailored snack box
Delicious snacks but a little over priced for what they are and the amount of plastic waste is excessive
I use the subscription from time to time, but mainly use graze to send small gifts to friends and family. Great selection too.

I've heard of Graze, but I've never once signed up to receive a box. However money was taken out of my account, I've been ignored several times. Quite annoyed how did they get my details and take out money? I haven't even received anything from them so not sure why money has been taken out?
It's always a nice surprise when opening the weekly Graze Box to see what delights have been sent that week. I have not had anything yet that I have not enjoyed. You would pay more for the snacks individually in the shops!

I adore this service because the term of delivery was really fast and snacks vere pretty tasty. However, I am ready to pay more if only they were more natural.
Never received products yet they charged my credit card every week. When i finally realized what was happening they refused to refund my money. I never got their snacks yet paid over 100.00 dollars. The delivery company they use is a freight company with no tracking information. How convenient. No telephone customer service. Save yourself aggravation and buy your snacks at whole foods
My experience with Graze has been great! I loved getting that first sample box free, it definitely made me want to continue the subscription.
Just because it's coloured green doesn't mean it is environmentally friendly. £2 for a handful of nuts or two biscuits and a tea bag. We will need another planet if we produce this much rubbish, perhaps we could join the one you're on!
Lovely snacks. My work gets these in for us to unsure of pricing. But love the variety and nutritional information on the packaging. Helps with portion control and some really interesting flavour and texture mixes. Go graze!
Thanks Perry! It's great to hear that you're a fan of our snacks and have found the portion control helpful :)
Love the variety of healthy snacks! Great for snacking at home, taking to work, and sending with my little bro to school
Thanks Derek, it's great to hear you're loving grazing with us :)
Almost got sucked into the free sample offer, I filled out the online application until I go to credit card information. I stopped and read the terms and conditions and basically saw that subscribers give up all of their rights. Alarms in my head went off and I started reading the reviews... YIKES! That's too bad, their concept could have worked if they put the customer first.
Hi Wayne, thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that you've changed your mind about giving graze a try. We require a payment card to be used upon signing up as it prevents the misuse of our introductory free box offer. A recurring order is set up with this offer is redeemed, but rest assured the order can be cancelled whenever you like. If you wanted us to automatically stop sending boxes after your sampler, all you need to do is send us an email to hi@graze.com, after you place your order. You can also find cancellation instructions in the help section of our website: us.help.graze.com. If you have any questions or need a hand with anything at all, feel free to drop our team a line at hi@graze.com.
I got the free one that they sent to me and I it was not that good and it is super small. For $13 dollars you can buy a lot of snacks at the store, just saying. I immediately put my account so they would not deliver the next box but I am still being charred every week and I haven't even received any snacks. I still haven't heard back from them yet. They make it really hard to know how to stop sending them when you sign up even though they say you can stop any time.
Hi Braden - we're sorry to hear that you were unexpectedly charged. I can see that you have been in touch with our customer service team directly who have been able to assist with this via email. It's always possible to cancel a graze subscription, as long as this is completed before the cut off time of your next box. Cancellation instructions can be found on the help section of our website or we can always help directly by email.
Looked over the offerings, and decided I can't eat it... I'm on a keto diet, and all were too high in carbs. I told the helper who was helping me "i can't eat any of this" so i stopped choosing. So i guess she put my order in anyway for a weekly box... 13.95 for at least $3.00 worth of product. First box arrived with no invoice... a real con job! Now a week later another. Didn't anyone teach you folks how important customer satisfaction is? You just don't care... want to rip off as much as you can. Stay away!
Hi Mary, thanks for taking the time to leave your review.
I'm sorry for any confusion regarding your order with us. Our customer service team wouldn't have added an order to your account without your permission, but we are more than happy to cancel recurring orders on request.
It may also help to know that we don't include invoices in our boxes, although all box information, including charges, can be viewed on your graze account at any time.
As it sounds as though you do have an active subscription with us, I would advise reaching out to our team at hi@graze.com. From here, we'll be able to cancel your orders and assist further.
Appears Graze has shut down. Have been a sub for 4 years and now nothing is available on their site. Strange way to shut down by telling everyone they no longer deliver. (BTW they ship from Jersey and I'm in Jersey. Soo...)
I enjoyed their snacks, nice variety and tasty. Unfortunately had to cancel after a couple months as the prices don't really justify the small portions.
Canceling was easy enough if you read & follow the easy instructions and as far as I know haven't had issues with further charges.
If money isn't an issue its a fun and tasty way to try new and different snacks.
My wife signed up for introductory offer. After trying their mediocre products she attempted to cancel any further orders/shipments. They will not respond and keep charging up to $40+ each month. They do however send a very small Cracker Jack size box of yuppie snacks. My 100 lb lab doesn't like it and that's unheard of for him. BUYER BEWARE
Hi Debra, I'm sorry to hear that you've had some trouble cancelling your orders. We will only ever take payment if you keep your subscription active, but you’re welcome to cancel at anytime.
Our customer service team are always happy to help with any queries and cancellation requests. You can reach them directly at hi@graze.com or via the contact form we have on our site on our "get in touch" page: https://us.help.graze.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?_ga=2.109697217.599761666.1542886601-647581900.1542886601
We respond to all messages as soon as we can, so it may be possible that your email never reached our team. So we can resolve everything for you, and clarify any misunderstandings, it would be great if you could contact us again via the options listed above. Thank you.
I enjoy the portion control, tastes, and great customer service. They have tons of reward discounts.
The variety is out of this world and like no other! Where else can you find a one-stop-shop for healthy snacks that taste really great and for a fantastic price?
Since becoming a customer, I only eat Graze snacks and you should too!
Thank you for your review Brenda! We're really pleased that you have enjoyed grazing with us so far and have been loving the snacks :)
No give it a miss, you will spend much time trying to stop the payments, the so called free box is the carrot to tempt you it's far from free.
Yes they will and then it'll be next to impossible to get him to stop charging you'll have to report your card lost to the bank and get a new card
No its not safe to put in your credit card or bank info. Its very difficult to cancel the auto shipments
Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
Hi Denise, What a great idea! Thanks for using our service this lovely way:) Snack preferences are entered when logged in, so if you provide your niece with the email and password combination you entered, that will grant her access to this. You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now. This is definitely something we'd love to work on in future, so that more and more folks can spread the love with graze! For now, I hope this does the trick for you both - and if you'd like any extra detail or assistance, just drop us an email at hi@graze.com :)
Hi Arlene, Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in graze! I am happy to be able to reassure you that our data security systems comply with the requirements of the PCI DSS regulations and the Data Protection Act. We use secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption, which is a way that data is transferred to keep it safe. I hope this helps, Arlene, but please don't hesitate to keep in touch with us via email at hi@graze.com if there's anything else I can help you out with. Happy snacking! -the graze team
"Each 8 snack box costs just $11.99 including delivery. Specialty 4 snack boxes, when available, cost just $6.99, including delivery. Each sharing box, containing 5 sharing bags (about 20 servings), costs $25, including delivery. * In some instances shipping charges of up to $2.00 may apply."
You've been saved a hassle. Why would you want to sign up for this? Read the reviews. They are all consistent.
You can't. That's part of the scam! So they don't have to answer your questions directly or make $#*! up, you could record them and catch them and prosecute them so it's easier and safer for them to send generic emails. They get all the time they want or can not answer you all together!
Thanks for the prompt response and the clear explanation of how the program works.

Since 2008, seven friends (and a few helpers!) have been reinventing snacking, one delicious nibble at a time.
We all love food and wanted to get a lot more out of our snacking. So we started inventing snacks that showed off health's more pleasurable side, and working on the best way to get them to busy foodies like us.
We've now catered to over 5,000,000 grazers across both sides of the pond (graze USA est. 2013) - and as of summer 2015, we're in shops in the UK too!
Aside from snacks, we're also proud founders of our very own charity. We're passionate about where food comes from, including the impact on the people involved. When graze was started, so was the graze School of Farming, made to support and develop a sustainable farming community in rural Uganda.
Hi Paula - we're sorry to hear that you have been charged for boxes you haven't received.
Our boxes are shipped with USPS on a standard delivery service, and although they cannot be tracked, are scheduled to arrive alongside your regular post.
Although we do not offer telephone support, our team are more than happy to assist with all queries over email at hi@graze.com. Please do not hesitate to reach out if we can be of any further help.
