I researched MANY websites and local doctors before placing my order. I am so glad I did and arrived at Lensabl. I sent in frames I bought online and they gave me awesome progressive transition lenses that are purple like my frames. They ran into a snag while making my lenses and chose to start over to make me an entirely new set and let me know promptly what happened and why my order was delayed for a short time. Highly recommend and I'm going to order another pair!
Sent all info required on website made payment of over three hundred dollars on 1/11/22. I tried to contact them as they only use email with no specific reply other than a mistake and delay has happened and they will let me know by email. The glasses arrived 2/6/22 completely wrong and are not progressive lenses, nor my RX script. Now no reply to my email. Costumer service is the worst. Glasses not wearable. Do not use this company. Ordered on Dec 1. It's Jan 24th and I have yet to receive my order. After 4 weeks I emailed about status, took about 3 days to learn "It's in process." Little more than 2 weeks later "order didn't meet standards." I'm willing to bet I'll still receive an inferior product maybe mid March. Most likely won't order again. Sad, I was excited about this order. But also glad I ordered a new set of lenses from a different company and received that order in 3 weeks.
Took a little longer than I expected to receive the new lenses in my glasses. I also wished I would have went with a higher index lens, lenses bug out of the frames I sent in. Not really their issue since I didn't pick the appropriate lens, just wish the prompts would have forced me to look at them based on my prescription - or a rep would have caught it along the way and brought to my attention. I would have totally paid the extra if I would have known how goofy they were going to look.
I ordered the Bose Sopranos as a surprise gift for my daughter. They were perfect, the prescription, the fit, and the transition lens in Amethyst. I had some issues along the way but the Ann, the online support assisted me with every question and issue that I had in the most timely fashion! I would order again from Lensabl! Thank you for making this surprise gift one of the best gifts I have purchased for my daughter she loves them!

Everything went well. You answered my questions promptly, which put me at ease. First pair of progressives and they work fine. Really not any type of breaking in period.
My only disappointment is they don't get as dark as I thought they would. But maybe after a few days, we'll see. I've only been out in the sun for an hour with them today. I just received them last night. So again it may be just some breaking in period.

I'm very nearsighted and also middle-aged so need readers along with contact lenses. I've had progressive glasses before that were ok, but these are perfect, from the moment I tried them on. I can easily focus at all distances and the ultra-thin lenses (not cheap, but necessary for a strong prescription) are very clear and sharp. I sent in a favorite pair of my reading glasses to have the lenses replaced and they look great.

I loved by new Lensabl lenses, but was really annoyed with myself when I dropping them on the ground and scratching one of the lenses. I was super impressed when I discovered that Lensabl purchases include a protection plan that offers free replacement if you damage the lens within 3 months of receipt. I just got the replaced lenses back, they're great, and they've made me an even happier customer - thank you!
I recently found my grandfather's old wireframe glasses from the 1970s, and thought they might be suitable for work glasses for me (graphic artist). They just arrived and they're great! I got single vision lenses since I intend to only use them for close work. As well as needed functional glasses, I now have a memento of someone very dear to me from my childhood. And the realization of how much I resemble him when I put them on.
I am happy way beyond my expectations. Not only was this so much less expensive than other options, the immediate clarity of my lenses... well, they were perfect, even better than my original prescription fulfillment. I especially loved the option for non-smudge, dust and fog resistant, blue ray protection! And they were fast and mad the process SO easy! I will never shop anywhere else for my lenses.

I have ordered twice from Lensabl and never will again. The first time, the order took over two months and they gave me a partial refund. The second time was even worse. The order was late but they made grey lenses though I ordered red (sports lenses for cycling). They also failed to fix the cracks in the first set of lenses and just returned them in the box loose without any wrapping. Needless to say, this is not a company I will do business with again and neither should you!

I purchased frames from a fancy retailer in NYC and loved them so so much, but after a couple of years the lenses started to get scratches. I found lensable as a perfect opportunity to keep my frames but get clean new lenses. Once I had them sent off it only took a few weeks to get them back and they are just PERFECT. I even think the lab tightened up the frames because they fit so much better now.
My wife bought a specific frame for me that she really liked and it needed prescription lenses. The initial plan was to go to a local shopping mall eyeglass merchant and order it there but because of COVID decided to see what there was available online since I already had my prescription. Ordered. Mailed (paid for priority). Do their thing. Returned in my hands in about 7 days. And I can see so I am going assume all is right. Mahalo!
My dog chewed up my old glasses. Glasses arms were barely long enough to reach my ears and teeth marks on the lenses.
I got some new Bose frames and no one locally would make prescription lenses for them.
So glad I found Lensabl. Lensabl did a great job. Everything is wonderful.

I'm not pleased with this service. It took over a month to get my order. The customer service was sporty at first. I started receiving responses to my concerns late in the process. I will not be using this service again. Too pricey for the inconvenience. I have several exchanges with Ann and each time I was told that my order would take a few more days. This happened at least 3 times. They were nice enough to upgrade my shipping to overnight. But never again.

I will say that following the instructions are very important. I did not pay attention to some of the things required so it caused some delays. The support was very responsive and once I took care of what steps i missed it was an easy process. The lenses are fantastic, as good as other more expensive services I have used. Better than Warby parker's I also own.

I was really surprised when I was received my order. Not only did it come in a premium cardboard box, they also included a really nice quality hard leather case and a cleaning kit. This case is better than any of my existing cases and i didn't even expect it!
The lens itself is very good quality and surprisingly clear for a polycarbonate lens. VERY satisfied with my experience.
Perfect! Scanned in my glasses Rx and uploaded during the lens purchase. I went with a more expensive hi-index lens because it is lighter in weight than a poly lens. Fast turn around time and priority shipping upon lens completion. I Wore them right out of the Lensabl box, which came with a cleaning kit. Will definitely consider purchasing again in the future!
With a prescription in hand I wanted to replace the lenses in my favorite frames. Lensabl made that quick and easy with their web service. The price paid for good quality lenses with blue light filter was literally hundreds of dollars less than my eye doctor quoted. The whole process too just over a week from me completing the order and mailing in my frames to receiving them back with new lenses. Great experience, great price. I'm sold.
I've used Lensabl twice now and haven't regretted it at all. The glasses arrive in perfect condition and overall the process doesn't take too long. With my second order, I had received an email that there was an issue during the quality control check and I really appreciated that I was updated through the process. I had purchased my frames of an outside company and sent them into get my prescription in them. I felt well informed in the process and was notified when they were being shipped back to me. Unfortunately, when I received them both lenses had matching circular scratches on the top corners of the lenses. And since they were matching, clearly it is something to do with how they handle the lenses and not just by accident. I expected better handling of something like that.

My lenses are beautiful. Clear and sharp and I can see SO well. I have a very high prescription so my lenses will always stick out at least a little bit from the edges of the frames. That is the case with these ones but regardless, I do really like them. The processing time was fantastically quick. My frames came back to me in a beautiful case as well. Customer service was almost instantaneous in answering all of my questions. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Sent some older frames in to be set up with my new prescription. I have progressive lenses. Followed all the directions online.
Took a little longer than I thought they would to receive them back, but I'd rather my glasses be perfect, so I didn't mind at all.

I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.
They falsely boosted about putting new lenses in existing frames (in a very short turn around like a week) not the 8 months it's been
I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!

Getting your money back from 'Lensabl' is more wishful than factual. I also filed a complaint about "Lensabl" with the 'BBB'. "Lensabl' didn't bother to answer 'BBB', until so many negative complaints started to pile up about them that they needed to address their "F" rating with the 'BBB'. This only occurred 1 year and 5 months after the complaint was filed. They take the money and run.
The lenses were perfect and the overall experience was fast and flawless. I love my new Echo Frames with prescription lenses!
