I am in love with my dresses! I've been buying one dress every week now. They look so good on me and they're very well made. Perfect for nights out and unique! People ask me all the time where I get the dresses from because they can't find them in stores. Shipping speed is great. They come really fast. Processing time depends on style, but it's no more than 10 days. I don't mind this because they're made in the US. They need time. Amazingly responsive company as well!

When I contacted to cancel the order and get a refund, they refuse, They say we can't do anything until "the delivery window" passes. When I asked what this is, they wouldn't reply. They have a large selection of options and tons of colors. Quality is great. Shipping time was quick, especially if you search items by delivery date. I will say, though, that I've ordered 3 dresses and chose to return 2 of them due to differences in sizing. I wish they would let you return items for your money back versus for store credit.

I ordered the Kayden Dress in black. It was nothing like the picture. Completely different material than pictured. The dress is also incredibly thin and doesn't have much structure. Not to mention that the slip underneath hardly covers anything. It is the size of a T-shirt. Meanwhile, the mesh on-top comes is super long and looks incredibly awkward. I wish they were more transparent with the type of quality on their website. It is a no for me.

I wear a size 12, and the size 12 they shipped me barely fit over one leg. After I explained the situation, they repeatedly insisted they would only offer me a store credit despite not carrying my actual size. They weren't rude per se, but they were deeply unhelpful. If they don't offer refunds, they should have made this much more clear during purchase. I feel tricked and pissed off. Guess I'll be donating clothes to charity.

I ordered two dresses a month ago that never even shipped by the latest day that they were supposed to ARRIVE. I emailed multiple times and didn't receive a reply until a week later when they cancelled my order for me. I never got any notification from them that my dresses would be late or anything. The woman who emailed me back gave no explanation to why my dresses didn't come and only told me that she cancelled my order. Horrible company and horrible customer service.

Incredibly scammy and misleading. Purchased a dress that ended up not fitting well, went to return only to learn that they only offer store credit refunds. They said they will refund me within 10 days without any explainations for their lateness. I have been waiting for almost three weeks and still haven't got my money back.

This is the only time I ever have ordered something online when the seller would only give store credit. BEWARE. Caveat emptor. Yes, it says so on the website -- READ THE FINE PRINT. However, our order arrived two days late and was not usable, therefore, for my daughter's graduation. The package was never opened -- and sent back immediately. Yet Lucy in the Sky refuses to give a refund. Don't take the risk and give them your money. Every other online retailer gives you 21 - 30 days minimum to get a full refund for unworn clothing.

Absolutely terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The reps copy and paste generic statements to your emails and don't actually solve any issues. They don't offer refunds, only store credits and when you use the store credit to buy something you have to pay for shipping and the item never arrives. I had to do a charge back from my credit card company to get my refund back.
I ordered my daughter's homecoming dress on 9/20. They wasted no time taking my money but today is 10/7 and I have not received a tracking number and they have not replied to my last email I sent them yesterday. My daughter ordered a dress for prom, it arrived very quickly and was beautiful but way too long for her. They had great customer service on the online chat and provided a return label. However, they will NOT refund my bank card it is just store credit, which makes it extremely difficult now we are locked into just their company to find another dress. I think this is very bad form!

They're late in delivery. There is NO customer service - at all. I bought 4 dresses and had to return them all - individually because they were sent over 2-3 weeks apart - and have never received any store credit or any type of remuneration for the returns. I will NEVER shop here again. Do not be convinced by the inexpensive prices. If you change your mind, there is ZERO recourse for you.

Do yourself a favor and don't trust the estimated shipping times on any of their products. If you need something by a specific date, add a few weeks to the date they give you. I understand things might be busy and stressful during the holiday season but there's no excuse for promising customers a date of delivery that is simply not anywhere close to being true. Their customer service team is also extremely unhelpful. Just buy your dress somewhere else.
I ordered a dress for my daughters homecoming 4 weeks before her actual homecoming. Once it finally shipped it never showed up until weeks after the original dates. Dress was delayed without notice and I needed it for a ceremony. SUPER disorganized and all over the place. Customer service kept switching between different people and my question was disregarded. If you're in need of a dress do not order here unless you're willing to wait a month+
I placed an order and immediately canceled because my daughter found another prom dress on a different site. Nothing had been shipped and I was told the order was canceled; I received an email (the only way I could find to contact this company) letting me know that I would receive my refund of $120 in about 10 business days. Not only did I not get my money back—the orders eventually shipped and now they will not respond to my inquiries about resolving this issue.
September 9 th 2021, I ordered a dress for my daughter and it said that shipping would be between September 28th and October 5th. Here it is October 9th, day of my daughter's homecoming, which is why she bought this dress, and we've heard nothing. No update to our order. Hasn't been shipped. I have tried to contact them three different times, in three different ways with no response. My poor daughter is so upset because it's day of homecoming and now she doesn't have address. Great way to ruin something that's supposed to be so memorable

I accidentally bought two dresses. I emailed right away to cancel one of the orders and they never responded. Then when the dresses came in, they were too short so I need to return both dresses. I did not make an account when I bought the dresses, so therefore I can't go to my purchase order history to print out the shipping labels. I have emailed them for 5 days straight and they have not responded. Never will I go through this company again!
This company is comically awful! Their customer service is laughable. They take weeks to respond. The last day of my delivery window (for 5 dresses) was Oct 13. I reached out in October 14 - asking for a refund and to cancel the order. They responded "if you agree to wait until October 29, we will give you a $25 credit or you can simply cancel your order for a refund to the original payment method under the 'My Account' page of the website". This is total BS. Their website does not allow this function. I emailed again. No response. Then last week 4 dresses showed up, today 1 more dress. Minutes after it was delivered today they sent an email saying something like "our apologies for the slow response in replying, but we see your order was received and everything was resolved". EXCUSE ME? These dresses were needed weeks ago and I reached out multiple times. The company is shady and I will never do business again. My teenage daughters plan to blast them on social media. I ordered a skirt set and I checked out their sizing guide which matched everything aside from hip sizing (the circumstance around the largest part of your booty). I focused on what I cared about which was waist sizing and chest but hip sizing didn't match mine. In the end the skirt fit very snug and my booty looks great in it. It fits exactly to measurements specified in the skirt section for sure!
No! I ordered a dress on October 2,2019 and still not dress. Shipping was supposed to be 5 business days. I am so disappointed and will NEVER ORDER AGAIN!
