ModLily has a lot of very nice items and very good prices. So far, all the orders I've placed with them has completely come in in a reasonable amount of time. I can't comment on customer service since I've never had any reason to deal withe them. Plus, the "commits" posted in each items are from actual shoppers and not hired hand some company use to type up a bunch of positive comments. With Modlily, people post actual pictures of themselves wearing the clothing which is terrific.

I'd seen pictures of clothing from ModLily for awhile on my Facebook page, finally decided to place an order. I ordered 3 tops: a white blouse, a Christmas fun print and a layered-look cowl neck tunic. I received my shipment in 2 packages within 10 days. After trying on the tops, 1 didn't appeal to me, and I chose to return it for credit. The return process was simple, quick, and I've already been credited toward another purchase. I don't usually order clothing online, but ModLily is a great company for customer service.

This company used another company's name, Jane. I ordered one pair of shoes and got 6 pair. The quality is crap so I tried to find a way to return and it never gets you there. No packing slip in package either. When I contacted Jane they said it's not them and couldn't help. I think they also sell under the name of Modlily. Avoid this company.

I bought two tops the same in different colours. One for me and one as a Christmas gift for a special friend. I was a bit apprehensive as this awas the first time I had ordered from Modlily so I did not know what quality or how long I would have to wait for delivery. It did take over two weeks for delivery but I was very pleased with my purchase.In fact I ordered two more Tops for Christmas which arrived this week and I love them.

I received all items very quickly and all items were in new condition upon receipt. I love that the sizes offered are true to my size, not having to go up or down accordingly. I made an inquiry to customer service and it was taken care of within 24 hours! I will continue purchasing items from this company. They have quality clothes with good prices.

During the order phase, a 35 discount offer popped up, but I could not apply the FOUR codes at payment stage, online chat said she would apply the discount AFTER payment - that NEVER happened. Goods arrived looking too dissimilar to the advertised pictures - the Rainbow Gradient dress looked flowing, like chiffon, very pretty, but what arrived was a horrid polyester almost straight line dress with very subdued colours. All their clothing seems to be the same awful polyester. Quite clearly they just steal photos from other sites and reproduce rubbish. Now when I want to return sub-standard goods, I have to pay to do so. Won't ever be even clicking on their site ever again.

I fall into ad traps frequently. I've ordered several products from other sellers that simply never arrived. Modlilly is the real deal. My order of six tops arrived in less than four weeks, the quality is outstanding, and initiating a refund/exchange for couple items has been quick and painless. One sweater just didn't look right on me. Two tops I ordered ran a bit larger than the other tops of the same size. So I'll be exchanging them for one size down.
Very happy with my order, products, and service. Will order again for sure.

I cannot describe how pleased my wife was to receive her 2x dresses, The quality was amazing as was the service and delivery. Both Dresses although purchased on different days arrived down under in New Zealand over a week ahead of schedule. Fantastic, wonderful experience dealing with this supplier, highly recommended. I had bought a 2 piece swimsuit a few yrs ago from here that I absolutely love. Unfortunately/fortunately I wore it soich I wore out the bottoms, lol. I was hoping to replace them, but the color is no longer available and all the available colors didnt match the solid top at all. I ended up with a new suit and it was the perfect fit in the 1st try, which has never happened to me before in my life and I'm thrilled

Modlily takes pics from designer websites and cuts heads off models so as not to be found by searchbots...
The fabric they use is the cheapest of the cheap polyester fabric that has no shape or form and looks like it will light on fire just by blowing on it. The swim suit and dress I bought for 100USD each were badly sewn, shapeless and my ugly dog would not even wear such crap. Of course, I was never able to get a refund either...

Ordered 2 swimsuits was not sure about the company decided to take the risk. Ended up EXTREMELY pleased. Decent quality for the price. Fit is amazing on both suits one is a 3x the other a 1x for daughter. Could not be happier with the purchase. Arrived when they said told me it would. Down fall is it did take a long time but if your willing to wait for it I then do it. It's worth it and we knew it would when we bought them they were upfront about it!

Customer service was great, reply was almost instant. Clothing was not sized right, I brought 2 pair of swimmers in different styles and the first pair feel like you are going to break the stitching and ruin them and top is overly tight (and I am only a b cup). The second pair are lovely and also not much stretch in them.
I also brought a pair of xl pants and they don't fit either and I gave them to a size 10 friend and they won't go past her thighs. I won't be buying from Modlilly again, sorry.

I needed to cancel an order after 24 hrs because I wanted more merchandise that would qualify me for free expedited shipping. I submitted a ticket and after a couple of messages back and forth, the order was cancelled and I rec'd a credit applied to my credit card within a few days of my request. The merchandise was all very nice. I ordered everything by the measurements supplied and both plus size bathing suits fit perfectly but the regular size items were all at least 1 size too big.

Very pleased with purchase. The delivery time is a bit too much. Seems like good quality clothing, very attractive designs and colors.

I love this shirt. It is not a heavy material rather more silky and very comfortable. Colors are vivid and bright.

This was the first time I ordered from Modlily and it won't be my last! I ordered 5 items: 3 velveteen tops, 1 sweater and a Christmas sweatshirt! All arrived today(12/23). Shipping took about a month, as I suspect it was coming from China. The quality, workmanship and craftsmanship was exquisite. The detail on the velveteen tops is beautiful. The sweater is like a soft chenille, its lightweight and perfect for the climate I live in. The sweatshirt is is warm, but not to hot! U ordered an XL in all, and the fit is perfect. Each item was carefully wrapped in individual zip lock bags. I am very happy with my purchases and plan to order from this company again.
