I found that the select your State button was not working as I expected at first, which is why I stalled repeatedly. I absolutely adore the designs and wish my wardrobes could accommodate more. They do represent good value for money. I tried to have a Live Chat, was informed that it is really busy at the moment, and I simply could not get through to anyone. Thank goodness I discovered another way of making the "State" information work.

Excellent so far, easy to use. However, I wish to find out if my last purchase has been fully dispatched. I ordered four trousers, only two sent, and one of the trousers was a wrong colour. Am trying to obtain the invoice to be certain. A clarification from you would be most helpful because your platform is convenient for me to shop and wouldn't want to be put off by insensitive customer service. Thank you in advance. It was difficult at first to navigate how to apply the discount codes. I don't know if the "first time customer" discount was applied or "free gift" will arrive but after a bit of going back and forth I did apply a code so hope it all works. You clothes look fabulous so I have my fingers crossed that everything works out alright so I am able to make this my destination for my clothes shopping in the future. Thank You! :)

2 issues;
I saw the same item under 2 sellers for different prices. (I feel this could and should be addressed), also.
At checkout it told me 15% new customer discount was the best discount but it wasn't - I had a 20% discount available, which I then, obviously, used instead.

Other than those 2 small inconveniences the website seems very well put together. Blessings to the company.

The products and quality, appear to be just what I'm looking for, even though I wont get the 4 pair of shoes for 2 weeks to a month. However, shipping is over $40. A better coupon for spending over a couple hundred dollars would have been nice. I'm sure it was just me, but placing my order was hell for days. I was thinking about looking into their clothes, jackets, etc. but I'm hesitant. Even though I'm excited about receiving my shoes, whenever they get here. Ty for your time

Order confirmation, feedback options, and customer care resolution should be automatic, so why am I being asked to choose yes or no? Thank you for confirming safety of my email address. Well, it has always been interesting as and when I'd do go online and browse and something will attract me to men casual shirt like for theme 'Christmas' or for 'Chinese New Year' and you guys sure enough always display good range that even my friends always asked where I purchased my cool shirts and I tell them to check out 'Newchic' and see if they're interested themselves. Anyway, you'll know that I've purchased more than one dozen of long and short sleeve casual shirts from you guys, so keep up the good work.

The site isn't always easy to navigate.
Categories are too general, would be nice to be able to look for wide blouses, for instance, or short pants, without getting a lot of other items.
And the delivery times can be very long. Also, often products appear as available and then you get afterwards the message that it is not, that is a disappointment. But on the whole, this is a good place to buy original clothing for a good price.

From my last Order some Parts are`nt sended yet.It`s not bad, if it`s coming then.One month for delivering is much but China is far away. For the Prices of the Items i must look a lot, because it changes every Day up or down. What i don`t understand is that you are writing: from 69 or 84 EURO the Delivery is for free(or not?!)and after ordering i have to pay more than 30 Euro for sending to Germany.

NewChic is always easy to shop and find what you want. I buy all my bras from NewChic. The bras are of the best quality and there's a good selection for sizes that are so hard to find. They have the wide straps and back but are still pretty and sexy and comfortable. I don't even shop anywhere else for my bras now that I have found NewChic. They are also delivered in a reasonable time. I highly recommend NewChic.

I love the printed pattern shirts for woman, but I wish they were available for men as well. I have to guess what size in woman's to fit me.

Pretty easy to navigate through the site. I would recommend shopping options using fed ex or ups and allowing the customer to pay for the shipment cost. Give faster options because everyone is busy with the pandemic and need swift service. Like Amazon can deliver next day for their prime customers or 48 hour service for $15 prime charge fee per month.

OK I love this Web Site (NewChic). And when people tell you that retail stores aren't necessary Tell me do you really want to buy all your shoes and fashion on Amazon? I don't think so. There's some times when you need or want more customer service and you want to actually see what you're purchasing before you buy it. Or are you just want to browse and even sample some of the perfumes or cosmetics. The legendary customer service at Newchic is on full display here.

I orders some safety shoes for work at a real decent price, but it took a month & a half to get to me! I understand delays due to Covid, but y'all really should let consumers know that orders from CHINA could take a month or longer before taking their money! I picked express shipping because I needed my shoes at a certain time! Thank god my boss at work was understanding & I didn't get penalized for not having my safety shoes on time!

Love your socofy boots, all your boots. Comfortable and well made. Very unique styles that i think are fabulous and every time i wear any i get tons i mean tons of compliments. Good delivery time Sandals arrived in a week. Sadly they were too big so contacted them re: return. No problems they replied very quickly and after a few emails they refunded me in full. I did not have to return the item but as I couldn't wear them I decided to give them to charity. Excellent service no complaints whatsoever!

Pretty good for what I'm assuming is a Chinese site. The always post the most beautiful clothing on instagram. I usually do t order from companies that aren't well known. Or who use instagram. But I'm taking a risk because the clothing looks so nice. I hope it also feels nice when I get the piece and I hope it's good quality. The website seemed smooth and fast and not complicated to use. I liked my experience.

Although we're still enjoying summer, I already know that the coat I bought is exactly what I wanted, something warm and easy to wear when we hit autumn and winter. I put my order in and was agreeably surprised that my order arrived with little delay, considering the current global pandemic. Great looking products- will know the quality/look once it arrives in person later this month. Also like the suggested items feature - seamless - and the filters on the left when searching for products. Only downside was that a few slim fit shirts only had XL sizes and not M. But overall, great experience until I have products in hand.

I received my dress in good time, and am very pleased with it! The colour is as in the picture Ii purchased the green one) It is very comfortable and true to size (I purchased a 14 UK) and it's perfect. I'm looking forward to the warmer weather, to be able to wear it out and about.
I aim to buy a straw hat to wear with it, and would recommend to others! If you are feeling unsure whether or not to order; I'd say 'GO FOR IT' as it's well worth it :)

The site seems legit and after reading countless reviews I've decided to give it a try. However, it said first time customers get 15% when they sign up and so naturally I signed up. But, there was a catch, you need to meet a certain dollar amount before the percentage is applied and I thought that was a little sketchy.

Nevertheless, I've placed my order and will write a review when I receive my items.
