Every time I walk in this target, I notice it's so clean. The employees make every effort for their guest to have the best experience. The management team is super nice and thankful for visiting this target. I usually find what I'm looking for because this target immediately put their stock on the shelf. This is a great store.

IMS is not updated in real time to reflect actual stock in the store, which is absolutely insane to me. Changes in current orders are not emailed to the customer in a timely manner, takes about 24 hours for the automated system to send the email which at that point you've already gone out of your way to figure out what's going on with your order. Stay away from Target's online ordering if you value your time. It will be wasted, guaranteed.

Target hires rude, stupid people to man their "chat" which you are forced to use when they send you defective merchandise, or you don't receive it at all. We made the mistake of spending hundreds at Target for Christmas this year, only to have to deal with their pain in the arse, IQ80, rude customer service. Do yourself a favor and just go ahead & stop using their credit card so you can ask a reputable company to refund you. We'll be returning as many items as we can, Target. You can stick your ill-gained profits up your corporate azz.

I logged in and saw for the second time since opening a target account they completely erased my saved for later list. Because of this, they are no longer my first go to store. People need to remember their shopping lists. Target saves your registry lists so why erase customers extremely important saved for later list.No other store screws over customers like that. How can target be so rude or dumb. Either way it's wrong. I expected way better from target. I am shocked and appalled.

They will erase your saved for later list after a while.

Target has changed during this past year, there customer service is horrible now. They were not only rude to me but refused to take any action for a package that I ordered from them and never received. They basically stole my money and spat in my face. I just canceled my store card I am done doing business with them.

Racism doesnt just happen to black people. Target has a "buy black" program so people can identify which products were owned or founded by blacks. Im sorry but this is just more racism! Treating people a certain way based on just their race or color. This is bs! Blows me away people cant clearly see that!

Target takes 5 days to prepare and ship my order. Their policy says 3 days to prepare and send a product and I have been waiting for 5 business days for them to send it and they have not sent my product yet.
It is not the first time it has happened to me, it has already been 3 times and the two previous times they promised to give me a discount on my next purchase and I NEVER received this discount.

Online and in store customer service is terrible! After a really bad experience, I filled out the survey they sent asking about my interaction and checked the box saying I wanted to be contacted. They never contacted me about this. But months later I got a letter asking if I lost my red card since I was no longer shopping there. That is the ultimate in corporate greed: can't be bothered to contact an upset customer but you darn well still want my money! I will gladly spend more money elsewhere for items Target sells cheaper at stores that actually appreciate me as a customer!

Web site has awful functionality, but I finally got registered and then received two emails and one text message confirmation.
Instead of getting the delivery, I learned that my order had been canceled.
No apologies. No further attempts to fulfill the order.
Even customer service said nobody was available, so I should call again tomorrow

Manager Ronnie Martin would not help us on a TV we bought from Target that was damaged before pickup. Employee said it was okay to pickup. TV was purchased 2 weeks before mother's 70th birthday so it took her a couple more weeks to have it installed. Manager Ronnie Martin also said that because after 2 weeks then we would have to go through the manufacturer. So they want us to pay for shipping and time and hassle over a mistake that they made? WOW. I guess they just lost a lifetime customer over 32 inch TV, hope it was worth it to you guys. I'm taking my business to Costco now with a much more reasonable return policy. Bye Felicia.

On 12/15/19, Target advertised the 5 qt Kitchenaid Professional Mixer at 229.99 with an additional discount of 25% off on Sunday and they ran out of stock right away. The next week, 12/22/19, they ran the same mixer at 199.99 with no stock in stores or online. They did not take care of customers who could not buy the item in either ad. Very poor customer service.

Purchasing the core invasion TV mount was a great purchase. It was very easy to follow the instructions easy to mount!… and now we have a beautiful 55" screen sitting pretty on the wall. If you are not savvy on all things handyman you're gonna find is a rubber pressure super easy to put together!

I don't like target at all! They have some very anti American views! They support BLM not the meaning the anarchy that comes with it! It's funny as they were the main victims of the looting! They give vile ppl like Chrissy teigan a line when she bailed out child sex offenders what kind of company is this! I will never shop there again they've showed their true colours!

How dare you air a commercial that all races of young girls see and make them feel less important. This country has enough division in it and its obvious that target helps promote it. I will no longer buy Honey pot products or shop at your store. Shame on the people who did this.

Target delivered 2 bottles of olive oil today. They did not package correctly and the bottles were completely broken. When you lifted the package, the sound of broken glass was clear as day. The packaging was CLEARLY stained with oil from the leaking broken bottles. The delivery person left the package on our new blue stone patio, causing stains all over the place. TARGET needs to pay to have our blue stone patio returned to its original state. I AM FURIOUS!

I love Target online shopping. Great products, prices. Easy to navigate. Most always fast ship and their shipping updates bring a smile. However, when they use Fedex I roll my eyes. Not an efficient shipper Most times shipping is UPS or mail.

We went to target to look for black hair products. NONE! A poor selection and an extra small section. We asked the employee where the rest of them were and she was embarrassed. Pitiful. I think target is racist and we take all of our business to Wal-Mart. Now target has honey pot junk for blacks. So pitiful. Dont be in the community if you only serve Beverly Hills.

I won't shop at Target anymore since I saw the racist honeypot commercial. The owner says she hopes the next black girl gets an opportunity to sell a product. She should have left the word black out of the ad, and it would have been perfectly fine. It just shows that it's OK to be racist as long as you aren't white. Since Target thinks this sort of advertising is OK, they won't be getting one penny more of my money.

They have the most amazing brushes and makeup sponges I really like the makeup sponge and have no regrets over buying it. It is also beautiful with the black and white marble pattern. The sponge hasn't really suffered a lot or faded a lot after using it for a couple months and washing it weekly. I'd definitely repurchase the sponges. The brushes are good too, great for appling concealer.

Had anniversary gift shipped to store. It was marked received. Email sent out processing takes 24-72 hours and won't be billed until picked up. We have have billed but were not notified available for picked. A day later, order was canceled by Target but our account is still billed. Husband has been on phone numerous times, had to repeat on every transfer. BAD service.

Tip for consumers:
Ship to store is an issue. We are going on 2 weeks, have been billed for an item that the order has been canceled by Target.

I shop at the Target Tri-County in Cincinnati, Ohio. I love that the staff takes the appropriate measures to sanitize the store- I actually see them do this every time I go- and monitor checkout. Plus the cashiers are nice and there's no crowd. I avoid major grocery stores and shop here, and am just as satisfied with their merchandise. I had to personally thank the cashiers today at checkout!

Target online is a great way to shop! Ordered several items for Christmas during Thanksgiving week. FedEx has been just terrible at delivering the packages! 2 went to the wrong address and I had to go retrieve them and one the last driver left at the end of the driveway!
When you get your Target alert go immediately to get your package just to be sure it's there! Because of my experience with FedEx, I will never ship via FedEx and I will do drive up delivery!

After shopping Target for 25 years without warning they canceled my two Target credit cards. No late payments. I have an 800 plus credit score. They said they were canceled due to lack of use. The fact I had spent many thousands of dollars using much lower interest cards meant nothing. Have a card canceled drops your score. In my case not much. However it ticks me off as a very good customer They did this because I elected to save significant money using cards other than theirs. They have forever lost me as a customer.

I absolutey love their Rose Quartz jade roller which is less than 20 bucks. The roller was super cool and the light coldness of it felt amazing on my face― it was amazingly soothing just as I expected it to be. It helped relieve a lot of tension from my face and is really good to try on before sleeping. The massaging motion was definitely enjoyable.

Looks like Target has sent a lot of ringers here to up their ratings in the last few months. Nice try guys but your whole shopping experience is still subpar. To answer this question, IT DEPENDS on where you live and what you order. If you're right next to their warehouse, SURPRISE, it's there in a day and you think they are fantastic. If you live far away, the item is no longer in stock or they are slow to fill it, it could take six weeks. It did for us on a couple of occasions, SO it's the luck of the draw and certainly NOT better than Amazon.

I had an excellent experience the items were shipped and delivered exactly as promised. May I suggest the No7 mascara. It's made by the boots company. Out of the uk. I paid 9.00 us at a local Target store. The reviews are excellent on this product.

Sometime from other sites, malware can be picked up to track your internet history. I don't think target's website would carry that!

I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This fact was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card. I am very disappointed in Target shopping and will never buy anything from them ever again. I do not recommend Target shopping to anyone. Spare yourself some aggravation and shop elsewhere. Enough said.
