When I had an issue with the shipment of my clothing order, Three Bird Nest was quick to respond. They made the whole reorder and replacement process so easy, and when one of my items was sold out after lost in shipping, they were kind enough to make some suggestions and help me find great alternatives. The staff was so sweet and kind, and to top it off, all the clothes I've ever bought from them have looked great. Would recommend to anyone
I ordered a jumpsuit and it came in the wrong color. When I first contacted them they said they would refund it because the item was sold out. Two weeks later when I asked how long before I receive my refund I was told that I had in fact receive the correct one and they would not refund me but if I wanted to pay for shipping and mail it back I could have a 50% credit. I can tell the difference between Charcoal and navy blue. I am very unhappy.

Love, love, love TBN! It's so easy to shop their app and the detailed descriptions they provide with measurements, fabric content, etc. is much appreciated. The quality of the garments are all high quality items and they won't disappoint.
I reached out to customer service once and not only did they responded promptly but they were also professional and friendly. I've placed multiple orders now and can't seem to find the discipline within me to stop.
I check their site frequently for new arrivals and new sale listings but their outfit of the week caught my attention where I then noticed they had a sale in effect for Pi day.
Shopping experience is/was great. I haven't had a chance to wear the hmm, I can't remember what I bought but it looks like I'm going to enjoy it late spring thru the summer. I ordered from this store for the first time after debating for a long time. I received my order within a week of it being shipped and I love all the items I got. I got 3 bralettes and they fit nicely and are very beautiful. I was worried because of the other reviews which I read after I placed the order and paid. This is my first online order ever and I can't wait to order more from here! I'm in love!
Clothing quality is most often really amazing! The sales are awesome! Only negative is that I do believe some items are too expensive, in my opinion, for what you are getting. I can attest to this as I have had one or two small issue with specific items over the few orders I've placed. One seem ripped on a jumpsuit after wearing for only a few hours lounging at home, I had to sew/reinforce it, and another sweater smelt really awful coming out of the package and continued to smell weird for at least the first 2 washes.

The style of this dress is cut wide but ended up fitting nicely on a larger frame, 5'1" young teenager. I originally bought it for someone else who was the same height but smaller and under 100 lbs. And at the time, I sent the seller a request for a refund, which they said they would honor even though it was a final sale item. But after some consideration, I decided to keep the dress because it ended up fitting someone else I hadn't thought of at the beginning.
My correspondence with the seller was through email, and it was prompt and fair.
I chose this seller because the prices were low and the styles simple.
Purchased the Simply Comfort Jumpsuit. LOVE IT! Loved it so much, that I returned to buy it in every color! It is so incredibly comfortable, but still super chic. I paired it with a long scarf, denim jacket, some funky jewelry and received compliments all day long... from complete strangers! This thing is fierce. <3

This is my first purchase. My 5 star rating is based on ease of use for the website and being able to order online. I cannot rate on shipping time or product quality just yet! I think they advertise well and all the items look good on the model so I'm hoping for the best. Unfortunately the leggings I ordered were apart of an "outfit" of the week but the top was sold out. I looked today and found that the leggings I was interested in were available so I'm looking forward to getting these. I hope I can rate garment quality with 5 stars as well.
Advertisement looked good. Prices seem reasonable but I don't know what the actual quality of the garments will be yet. This is my first order.
Love your styles and your website design is intuitive and clean. I would love to Sell your products as I do other (affiliate programs). I don't have a retail (brick and mortar) space but would be willing to go the wholesale route…however, a large aspect (benefit) I would lack, then, would be your website structure and access to ALL products that pair so well together. I absolutely love Three Birds Nest and all their products! The only thing that sucks is the exchange rate into Canadian Dollars, and then like $75 for import duty fees. I would love it if they would offer a "Canadian Discount" like once a year for faithful Canadian customers to be able save a little extra <3

Love 3BN but don't like that I can't see my total until I've already logged into PayPal. I prefer typing in coupon codes before continuing to payment. If a code is corrupt, I would have needlessly logged in my personal information. Thank you for the feedback option. It shows that you care about your customers.

I'm 5'10" and this duster literally drags the ground in the back! Also wearing a Large size Stevie Super Flare pant from them that have an incredible 35 inch inseam. I wore this for Thanksgiving and got tons of compliments. It was cute and comfy and the pants were perfect after a big meal. Love the elastic waist but the kimono is so stunning! Heavy flower child vibes!
