I had an incredible customer experience. Customer service were so helpful and replied rapidly. They went over and beyond what I thought they would and I was finally able to purchase a dress which was out of stock. Thank you. I cannot wait to try on the dress when it arrives and have had a great and reliable first experience buying from this shop for the first time. I will definitely be back for future purchases.
Waiting for a month and the shipment is shown delivered, I contacted the customer service, they said it's delivery company's problem. And just lose my US$70. It's my first time trying to buy from this company. And will not recommend anything from them in the future. Stay away from TOBI

I saw a dress that I loved on Pinterest and it led me to TOBI.
Super straightforward, thanks! I needed a navy, form fitting, ankle-length bridesmaid dress for a wedding and this looked perfect! Unfortunately, the dress I received was missing part of its rear clasp so I was unable to wear it for the ceremony. Additionally, the seam on the rear was uneven and bunching so I will need to get it altered. Overall, service was seamless and delivery was quick! Highly recommend.

I like the clothes that I buy from this site, but I do think you need to improve on your return & exchange experiences for customer. I remember returning an item in April of 2019 and not receiving a refund until 2020. However, I love the quality of the clothes, so that's why I continue to buy your clothes (would have to be more cautious of what item to buy so I don't risk running into this issue again).

My dress came pretty quickly. Only concern is that I didn't not receive a tracking number or any updates when my order was being delivered. The dress just appeared at my door with no heads up. I'm grateful it shipped in one piece but I would have liked to be updated about my shipping process.

It was so much easier for me to find what I wanted. Especially when I was looking for lounge clothing, I was able to find long tees right away without having to browse 8+ pages. Instead of store returns please return the funds. It would be easy buying more stuff without being skeptical about losing money for the unfitting dresses. Store credits can be used only if you like the items I don't know how long will that take.

Contact customer service and tell them, this happened to me before using a few other websites and they told me to place the order anyway and gave me a refund for the items that were overcharged. Pretty annoying when you have a 50% off code to use and they mess it up!
With your best interest in mind, I would advise that you return in separate packages with labels from each order and watch it closely from beginning to end of the return so it doesn't slip through the cracks. Get a tracking number for each also.
