Overall, my experience buying a mattress through Wink was very positive, and I'm pleased with my choice. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise came about a week after the mattress was delivered, when I received an email from Wink: did I want Wink to pick up my old mattress, for free? YES! I'm not sure if this service is available (or free of charge) for all 50 states, but it is in California, and I'm going to take advantage of the offer.
I just received a Wink mattress this week. Because of the way that it is shrink wrapped in plastic for shipping, the corners came damaged (all four corners are bulging out because the foam is angled out). I have exchanged multiple emails with Wink requesting a replacement mattress, and so far they have refused. I feel very mislead by the stated return policy on their website, and I will continue fighting this. Be aware that they shrink wrap the mattress for shipping, potentially causing damage, and are unwilling to honor their return policy. Wish I could give them negative stars.

I compared a number of different brands/options, using The Strategist's list of best Labor Day mattress sales as a starting point. Eventually deciding on a hybrid mattress, Wink's price was a bit high; while I would have preferred a larger discount over getting the sleep bundle for free, the final selling point was Wink's commitment to being environmentally responsible.
I contacted other mattress companies and they never called or emailed me back. Winkbeds did immediately. I liked the service so much I ordered one. It arrived and I slept on it for a month and a half and it was just too soft. I emailed them and thought, "ok here we go". BUT, they sent me the next firm bed BEFORE they even took the other mattress back! Talk about customer service. Then they picked up the old mattress in about a week. Don't bother with the others this company is the best.
Seems like a good product. Hoping it lasts a bunch of years. We had a nectar all foam. It had huge canyon's in just 3 years I think. It's tough to measure the inches because the top layer foam recovers.
The lower support layer not to much. Hoping your firm spring load model will do better. Thanks for building this product we will give it a spin over the next couple of seasons and give you a holler if it seems to ware well or not so well. Best regards, lisa
It won awards and was reviewed well. As we get older a robust bed with good support is more important.
I bought the Winkbed EcoCloud Hybrid, because it claims to be a cooling mattress. It most certainly is not. About halfway through the night, it just radiates heat back at me, making it impossible to sleep through the night. In no way is it an improvement in comfort or 'cooling' than my old Simmons mattress. I'm disappointed, and will be returning it. The only benefit to this bed is that it's made of natural materials that don't stink. Otherwise, nothing special about it, and in fact, it has resulted in much worse sleep.
I'M GETTING A BED!
Buying a quality bed for me has been a long time dream. I have poured over websites trying to choose the best one for this old creaky body. I'd narrowed it down to 5 and then 3. I chose the WinkBed because of the reviews, the adjustable bed frame and their awareness of our Earth. But mostly because of the quality of the mattress. Here's hoping to many nights of happy sleeping!

I've only slept on my bed for four nights, but my back pain has lessened significantly. So far, I'm very pleased with my mattress.
Things to note:
This mattress DOES off gas. It's not terrible, but I have a sensitive nose. We've been sleeping on it for four nights, and still need to keep the windows open.
The delivery estimator on the main webpage was not accurate. However, when I called to find out when my mattress would ship, the mattress went out that day.
I would have paid the extra money for the white glove delivery because my elderly mother can't lift anything, and my sister is not a weight lifter. So what am I to do? Drive to Pennsylvania just to help carry this thing into the house? Even though COVID is real, it is just an excuse not to offer the white glove service. Because there are many businesses and communties that never stopped working, such as the medical community, goverment contractors, and the food industry.

Absolutely amazing! This is our second wink bed (getting a king this time) and the customer service via email were awesome! I had questions about purchasing multiple platform frames and they helped me and my situation! As a customer, I would say don't hesitate to reach out to them for questions. I appreciate a product that Made in the USA.
We currently own a queen and love it but needed a bigger and firmer one.

I like the different firmness levels and reviews by reliable sources like Wirecutter. Deducted a star as I felt rushed to get order submitted in less than 10 mins. Adding a quick unexpected hit of $25 for shipping insurance also was distasteful. If you simply acknowledged the insurance as a given - hell, as a selling point - consumers like me would never notice the extra $25 added to overall price in thousands.
$1,000 cheaper than furniture store mattress I was about to get. Online, Winks was best combination of reviews, price, and warranty.

Ordered this after having to cancel another company's bed because they couldn't deliver. Winks communication was great! Emails were prompt and included relevant details so you know exactly what to expect next. Mattress arrived on schedule, per the expected delivery window, was super easy to unwrap and slept great the first night.

Mattress arrive a day early and I managed to get the box upstairs and placed on the bed by myself. I allowed a night to decompress and have slept on it the last two nights. Very happy with everything so far. Definitely feels like a quality bed.
I spent a month researching mattresses, mostly on-line. I watched many YouTube videos and other site reviews also. Several mattresses caught my attention but I narrowed it down and decided on the Winkbed. So far I'm very pleased.

The website was easy to navigate and I did contact customer service a couple of times to ask questions through the chat function which worked fantastic! The agents were available fast and gave complete thoughtful answers. I will definitely recommend Winkbeds so far. Can't wait to receive our bed!
Just researching other brands trying to find the best bed for back pain and my husband is a combo sleeper. The reviews were outstanding and I can't wait to get our new bed!

An actual split king so the sheet options would be a match as well as an adjustable bed frame that had all the bells and whistles including lumbar adjustment.
My mattress order was fantastic. Arrived right on time and I was kept informed throughout the entire delivery process. Plus, you don't need to be home when it arrives. Comes in a big box, you brung it inside, open it up and out unfolds your mattress. What a comfortable mattress too - now ordering the platform. And I see the adjustable platform in my future. Huge fan of Wink mattresses!

Purchased our bed almost two years exactly. Don't do it. This is the worse bed I've ever had. The support wears away after a year or so resulting in a big dip in the middle. We've resorted to using a pillow top but even this doesn't help. I find myself constantly slopping towards my husband even with the topper. This mattress was so expensive so it's a shame a new one will be needed so soon. If you look at reviews on amazon you'll see similar complaints. I honestly don't know how they have any good reviews. They must be fake because I am having a totally different experience. Lying awake at this very moment because of how uncomfortable this bed is.
They'll charge you a $49 fee to do that, but beware that they might not make the exchange easy.
The mattress is awesome, the purchasing process is easy and all the information provided is easy to understand.
Firm is right, on the one to 10 scale and this being 4-or-5 ish. Yes can confirm. We (wife and i) think its plush and supportive in the best ways. Would we recommend to others: solid YES
I've never seen pillows like these before?! It is a mix of memory foam and normal pillow filling. It's amazing because you can adjust how much filling is in the pillow (it opens and you can pull foam out). It gives the support of a normal memory foam pillow but also allows you to adjust it like a down pillow.
We exchanged our mattress because it was way to firm. The new luxury firm model after 3 days seems to be the right fit for us. Will update in a week.

I am far beyond what you would consider a full-figure girl, and recently purchased the Wink Plus for plus-sized people. I was a bit worried when I heard that it was too hard for side sleepers, which I am. However it is remarkably comfortable, and I am in love with this bed! (Which also supports my 200+ lb husband and our German shepherd!)
Its just what I was looking for. I have wide shoulders and shoulder and lower back issues as a side sleeper. My experiences and recent research led to the conclusion the the softer WinkBed was the answer over the medium. The research info was correct! This mattress is just what I was lookin for! Their is much less heat retention than my older Tempurpedic. The medium would have been good. This mattress is not too soft, but it gives my body more even support for my needs.
Excellent quality. When opening shipping box, have a friend with you to help. It takes two to set up the bed and then two to get under the sheets.
I've had it for less than a week and have not once woke up with back pain. My legs and arms are not falling asleep regularly and the best part, my pup can bring all her toys on the bed, jump around and nothing falls off. So far soooo good.

Initially went with luxurious medium firmness mattress. My lower back hurt and I had soreness all over my back. Exchanged for the firmer mattress. It's much better than the luxurious model. Back pain has improved tremendously. It's only been a week so still in break in phase. Amazing how they get the mattress into such a small box
