Everything I buy from Zulily is top quality. Whether it is an established name brand, or an up and coming style. It is always spot on. The collections that are offered together usually are shown with complimenting accessories. It's like having a secret stylist. Only, on my schedule. Some days, I don't get a chance to enjoy the Zulily sight until 10:30 at night. That's my me and my Zulily time. Talk about convenience.

Ordered a darling play set from company I like - it was supposed to be quick shipping, that was 3 weeks ago and has not shipped out yet. And the "great" price was cheaper with free shipping on the vendors site. My fault for not double checking but disappointing. Was a birthday gift for granddaughter ‘s party this weekend.

Purchased a Canadian Weather company coat for roughly $75.00 (on sale from $219.00). Over the course of 12 weeks, and having worn it about a dozen times, it fell apart, bit by bit. First, the stitching on the outside started to disintegrate, then the seams on the inside fell apart, then the zipper went. I have emailed them THREE times, with no response. I'd received an email stating that someone accessed my account (which I did when seeking a way to communicate my findings to Zulily), so I know it was received, but still no response.

Items are often not as pictured and their return policy is store credit only--IF it's returnable. If you have an issue they do not respond. I ordered (2) robes with nightgowns and the nightgowns were not included. Over the course of 6 weeks I sent (3) emails and got no response. I finally contacted the credit card company who told me to contact PayPal. They kept asking me to supply my documents which I did three times. Zulily claims I did not return the merchandise, but they never gave me the opportunity. There are many more places to find good bargains. I'd give them NO STAR if I had the option.

Be careful about returns. Many items are non-returnable and if THEY make a mistake good luck. Also, they only issue store credit so you have to back and buy something from them.

I ordered over 700.00 worth of Clothing and Shoes from Zulily.com. I was extremely disappointed with the quality and construction of these items. The shoes arrived with indentations and marks on them, as well as the wrong sizes. The Clothing items was cheaply constructed using very low quality Material and poor construction. I will not order from them again.

I use to order all the time from Zulily, but over the last couple of years the quality of the merchandise has gone down and their prices up. I ordered some things before Thanksgiving and am still waiting for them and their response was they were not sure if I will get them. Zulily needs to only use companies that can fulfill the orders and Zulily needs to communicate with the companies if product hasn't been mailed out or received. This reflects bad on Zulily!
I love the variety of available items on Zulily. I can buy everything from cleaning supplies, office and school supplies, kitchen and laundry to my wardrobe. That said, you have to have patience awaiting your purchases. Some can take weeks before they arrive. In general I'm happy with the quality of my purchases and have had to send very few items back. That's another draw back as well. You get Zulily credit upon a return, not a refund. I will definitely continue to use Zulily as one of my main apps to buy online.
Their products are very cheep and most are shipped directly from China taking weeks to get to you. Their customer service is terrible too. I had several items with damage and they wouldn't give me my money back, just a store credit. Oh and if you want to send something back that isnt the right size or has other issues you have to pay the return shipping and you also only get store credit, no refund. I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN!
I love Zulily, especially the discounts and varieties. It's like a treasure hunt. I've been a dedicated customer ever since Zulily first came out. I get why shipping is slow because you all have to wait for the vendor to ship items to you which is perfectly understandable. Lately however, my items have been shipped to someone else or have gone past a certain time frame to be shipped and I'm a little disappointed in that. Also, the customer service went from excellent to just ok.
I buy $80. $100 a day shopping on Zulily, 85% of the time I keep the products I ordered, but sometimes I have to return items bc they either don't fit or the product description was very vague, so I return some items and as much of a quantity that I buy I usually wait till I have a good bit gathered before I make a return. Usually your return has been pretty good but now I'm getting charged $44.75 for a return fee. That's ridiculous, and i will from now on be very selective at what I purchase
This company has gotten so bad. Not only do they take forever to receive your items and it's not because of the pandemic. Then they cancel your order! I had been waiting patiently for sandals for a trip and they just decided to cancel! The worst company and you can never return anything!
They claim is sterling silver. They not they turn up fingers green in less than a week. I ordered another ring and its plastic. It was supposed be sterling silver. This company just wants to sell whatever n lied to customers. Customers service keeps telling you they r the only person you can talked to. I don't think customers service owns this company. What's with shirts from china being that shiny leotard material. Weird and unflattering. Looks cheap. Strange way to make a sweater when this cheap unbreathable fabric makes you sweat. Also clingy static inducing.
I bought a pair of Ecco women's sneakers they are clearly not the brand I was shocked absolutely shocked at the poor quality of this product and the color was nothing like in the picture. Bright orange who wears bright orange tennis shoes oh my God. I now realize I can't even get my money back can't find one thing on this website I would be interested in purchasing checked out fragrances clearly they're not real.
I have ordered many different things. A lot of items have been for my grandchildren (puzzles, piano music books, clothes, personalized Christmas ornaments, etc.). They've loved everything. I have also bought many tops, shoes and decorations for our apartment. My only criticism is that it is very expensive to return items so I'm sure most people don't.
I was very excited to buy a couple of my fragrances from Zulily however when I received the order it was all fake. Smells different because of all the synthetic in them. I am a fragrance expert and the box said made in Switzerland. Customer should be aware of buying fragrance from Zulily. I am trying to return the six bottles That I bought.
I wear wm 24, and it's difficult to find fun (yes, even 58-yr-olds want to have fun clothes!) clothes that fit. I LOVE Zulily! I even bought 3 hoodies for my nieces for Xmas. 2 of 3 made their "guaranteed by Xmas" delivery and the other one meandered in by New Year's. I see no point in sweating delivery times--you just have to know it's part of the package. I love my clothes, and this winter outfitted myself with 4 new LS tops from here. Ordered a blouse in early May. Took 22 days for delivery. According to the size chart I would wear a large. Their idea of a large looked more like a small. Returned item 11 days ago, can not track package now, and they are keeping almost half of what I paid for the item, plus getting store credit. I still don't have the refund.
What is in the picture is not what I received.
It was not a sweater jacket, it was not the color I ordered. It was not the cable knit texture. It did not have same color buttons as product was shown. It was a thin sweater that in no way is a jacket sweater! The product in picture was classy and beautiful. What I received is a poor substitute, very poor!
I downloaded the app to start shopping. I had over $300 worth of product in my cart and kept getting invalid card when I typed it in. I just chatted them and told them the issue I had. Antonia told me to contact my financial institution. I use my card every day so it is not my financial institution. But that is the service I got. No help at all so I guess I won't be shopping on their site. I work in customer service myself and I would fired for this service.

I don't recommend ordering from this site if you ever have issues with sizing. Because they don't take returns, if something shows up and the sizing is off, you're stuck with it. I stopped using them because I had spent tons of money on poor quality clothes that don't fit properly. It's fine for ordering household goods, accessories, etc.
Poor quality. MADE IN CHiNA. Ordered L/XL in women's. Got items my little girl couldn't wear. Put a stop to scam companies that take our monies based on pictures.
More than a month for the products to come in. No better than Walmart. Made in China likely in slave labor factories. Don't waste your money or time. I will never order from Zulily again. Ordered January 9 for my wife's birthday on February 4. Order arrived today... February 11th. Cheap quality. Embarrassed to give this to my wife.

Zulily has awesome customer service! I have nothing bad to say about them! Definitely worth ordering from them... I have been happy every time (& I use it a lot!)
I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.
Got money to burn? Order from Zulily. There isn't enough room on the Internet to list all the reasons you should NOT order from them!

It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
Yes, it may take that long, but they are up front about that on the item description page. I have never had a problem with them.

If you bought them from Zulily, you might see about making your granddaughters feet smaller. I'm sure that's easier than dealing with Zulily.
Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
